@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Request number 139700822 is pending to fix broadband issues and no technician has visited the premesis. I am facing issue from day 1 of installation . Installation was done properly and speed drop is worst. Speed drops to 1 mbps out of 200 mbps.

@airtelindia Pathetic service, I had applied for an Airtel Black plan on the 25 of Oct and on 8th of Nov my account got suspended. From then onwards I've been trying to get my service activated,I've been spending atleast 30 min in a day to follow up with my case and no solution.

@airtelindia I ported my number to airtel from Vi and it was working fine for 3 mnths. it was deactivated w/o any notification from airtel.Reason was ₹25 pending on Vi which I was not aware on the day I ported. It’s cleared now, but not able to get reactivated. Any help?
