  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was paying a bill of 897, but you charged 20 rupees for convenience. However, the payment failed, and I only received a refund of 897. Please clarify why you charged the convenience fee when no service was provided.

  @airtelindia Please help me restore my Airtel number. It’s my 10+ year old number, kept under Safe Custody while I’ve lived in Canada. After my son was born in May, I unfortunately missed payments and it was deactivated. I’ve already paid via the Non-Active Number portal.

  why tf mobile network drops every single time (maybe for a min or two) when we get powercut? iirc, this wasn't the case previously (ive noticed this multiple times over for 5g) @airtelindia
