    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your responses are damn lame "I will check and get back" and nobody gets back. Is this a trick to keep the customers hanging and making them tired so they just give up? I don't think airtel actually "cares"

    Got disconnected from @airtel Customer Care, leading to a strange experience. The agent was courteous enough to call me back which was unexpected from Customer Care people. Although my issue stands unresolved but this needs to be appreciated. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia why do you torture and harass people by calling them 10-20 times a day? Do you call that sales?? My only mistake was i tried to search on your website how to port to Airtel network! And I'm NEVER GONNA PORT EVER after this kind of disturbance & harassment.

    @Airtel_Presence find the attached screenshot of 'My Plans' section in my Airtel Thanks App. Why is it showing the allocated speed as 2 Mbps when the speed should be 100 Mbps according to the ₹799 plan. Please help. @airtelindia @TRAI
