    @airtelindia Struggle with Airtel never ends, its a continuous process. I am trying to update email id on Airtel Thanks app but I am not able to do so as the app doesn't work. Its so annoying to use it. And and top of it, the untrained customer care which knows nothing. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised complaint on 17th July and since 5 days m calling customer care daily but no response. SR NO. 134088798. You guys are doing a pathetic job when it comes to customer satisfaction. First you beg to take connection and then no service.

    Really very bed service I am unable to use internet service since 15 days. Complaint 2 time on Airtel app. Status showing close. When calling 121 showing status under process. Really f service, you can't connect customer care person. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
