    @reliancejio @airtelindia @DoT_India your assurance is give 6G network service but here subscriber getting 2g services! Please stop the day robber activities and give best services to your customers! Now a days fed-up with telecom operator's higher value pack and lower services

    @airtelindia , even I am putting this post on X using someone hotshot who is using Vodafone sim. Neither wifi is working not internet ? Will u consider to provide me 1 month free broadband service for this interruption? Then why should I suffer

    @airtelindia just ported to Airtel Postpaid, and now I think it was my biggest mistake. No incoming calls from other networks are connecting to my number. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!! Even no reply in DM!!

    @airtelindia I have booked the IPTV on 28.04.2026 2 pm. Till today I have not received any call or any information. Before installation, service is so pathetic. Can't imagine how it would be after installation. Customer care executives are next level with robotic and same anwers

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelnews ,if this is the level of service you’re going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn’t been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it’s negligence.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Spoke with customer support today — no meaningful action taken. Is Airtel actually resolving issues or just closing tickets to meet SLAs? This kind of experience defeats the purpose of being an Airtel Black customer.
