@airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw My old parents applied for airtel prepaid fiber network, but they maliciously setup a postpaid connection. Struggling to get it changed to prepaid. Ticket ID10163377155. @airtelindia at least cooperate with senior citizens. Kindly look into this.

Frustrated with the pathetic service of @airtelindia. No option given on #airtelthanks app to see data usage. Even customer care is not able to retrieve the usage details. Whereas @reliancejio #myjio far better UI and data usage details option is clearly visible.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence whenever I am on calls, the call gets dropped automatically and trust me your network is absolutely the worst network now. Recently i raised a request to port and i was told that ur network issues will get resolved but it didn't. @BandBajaateRaho

@airtelindia @airtelnews has very bad network, I changed from TN sim to Karnataka sim, now in Bangalore TN sim had better network than Karnataka sim, horrible lost ₹120/- which airtel team didn't inform before porting I will loose, Shame on Airtel with poor service
