    @airtelindia changing from act fiber to airtel fiber is proving wrong decision. Connection goes off every once in every week. Support team will always come to resolve only the next day not on same day.

    @airtelindia even after paying 5days in advance confirmation also for payment, my recharge not happened. Now stopped my connection. Even their office is of no help after showing confirmation msg n bank deduction. How much harrasment I m facing. Why they should not be penalized.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No signals and at times very weak since today morning. This happens when there is power outage in Padmarao Nagar Secunderabad. Hope Airtel takes this concern and resolve at the earliest.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelindia Since couple of weeks the Airtel network is very badly down, I was approaching and raising the compliant in Airtel app but the issue was not resolved. But it will prolonged and no-one look into on this issue. .

    @airtelindia I have not authorised and Airtel has done arbitrarily without my CONSENT and This is UNETHICAL behaviour with a bonafide customer. I demand the reversal of these charges immediately with due apologies for putting me to inconvenience

    @airtelindia You servers are down gor quiet a while now .. our payments get stuck with a note your payment will be refunded in 10 working days .. its become a new normal now .. everywhere the payments are getting stuck .. to hell with digital payments

    @airtelindia similarly on my return on 25 th Oct 2022 again on my transit from Dubai to Hyderabad international roaming charges have been charged without any authorisation. I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

    It's been 2 days since I asked the assigned engineer for the cancellation. But the moment I made the payment , he's not picking up my call and not even seeing my messages I was reached out by a person from @airtelindia, I asked him also to cancel, but not updates until now.

    @airtelindia An Airtel representative even suggested that my SIM card was the problem. I got the SIM replaced immediately. Guess what? Still no Airtel 5G+. Still no VoNR. Still poor network quality. So what exactly was fixed? #Airtel5G #TelecomIndia @AmreliaRuhez

    It will 24hrs now since the @Airtel_Presence broadband is down. Team just responds with std templated messages. No timeline on resolution of the issue. Assigned technician is not picking up the call. But I promptly got reminder on last day for the payment @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Us 3 days ago but i did raised my ticket on the same day I recharge on wrong number and I also having conversation with agent that day he said the will re solve in 2-3 working day or before 20 may. My point Airtel’s Customer Care is very bad they r not helping us.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence -being a valuable customer of postpaid ( Family pack) long time, if the service is not resolve then need to go for Jio or other service provider, also we are having WIFI with Tv connection, that also will switch to Jio or other services
