    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia After exchanging many msgs, regarding the network problem,the issue is not yet resolved,I have been told in DM, that in future upgrades,they will think of upgrading the network in this area, in that case,I might opt for Jio, which works in this area

    @airtelindia both of my prepaid and postpaid sim are of Airtel, my prepaid internet is top speed but my postpaid internet is dead AF. I have 300 GBs of accumulated data but of no use. I have complained for more than 10 times but it still sucks. I regret porting my number now.

    And to add to that my postpaid internet starts working fine whenever I dial customer care and starts sucking again as soon as I disconnect the call. @airtelindia please look into this.
