    @airtelindia changing from act fiber to airtel fiber is proving wrong decision. Connection goes off every once in every week. Support team will always come to resolve only the next day not on same day.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have checked with your customer service representative about an order 41-151546599329. Surprisingly they don't know. Isn't it pathetic?? She asked me to talk to the chatbot in the Airtel app, but the same is not designed to answer such queries.
