@airtelindia does't make any sense by calling immediately by seeing my tweet. It really matter to the customer how fast you can provide the solution. As per the latest SR your service the engineer supposed to visit my premises yesterday evening. No call. No updates yet.

@vizagobelix @airtelindia I will tell u how frustrating it is...when I was playing PUBG, the game gets struck for few seconds when I get a message. I lost game several times due to these stupid messages from UNLIMITED, ShoppersStop etc. apart from airtel 😩😩😩😋😋😋

@airtelindia I recharged my phone balance for Rs 2498 yesterday evening. The pack hasn't been activated yet. Filed a complaint with customer care and they said it'll be resolved by 3rd March. So I am helpless for the whole week and you don't care. Thanks airtel!

And then when I disconnect the WiFi the call mostly always goes fine. My very random guess is this has something to do with the connection over WiFi. The network on both - the SIM (@airtelindia) and the ACT fibernet (@ACTFibernet) WiFi - is pretty stable and fast. (2/2)
