Airtel tels that the service has transparency but I am not getting any transparency on my any complaints jast Airtel team is ignoring all of my complaints from last 1 year. There is no network coverage from last 1 year

    @airtelindia quite aghast with your Xstream broadband customer service. Applied for disconnection (due to non availability at the new location though barely 4 kms apart) in April, still awaiting refund. This is what I pay for being an Airtel postpaid customer for 20+ years.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service and false commitments. I raised a request and specifically told that since we have WFH, i need the WiFi installed before Monday. On the basis of false commitment, the payment was taken in advance by the executive Vishal-9665789022/Gaurav-95601 59915.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are just destroying your own customers. My network is distributed from past 1 week i had complaint about it but still there is no improvement this is the last complaint i am putting. In future if i ever get any kind of issue i am switching to @airtelindia
