    Very poor response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for my complaint. My job needs to hook up to data 24x7 and these people aren’t solving problem inspite of repeated reminders. For 10 days int roaming charged 4000₹ with no network.Time for alternative operator. #sickofairtel

    @airtelindia I have not authorised and Airtel has done arbitrarily without my CONSENT and This is UNETHICAL behaviour with a bonafide customer. I demand the reversal of these charges immediately with due apologies for putting me to inconvenience

    Being black customer and associated with Airtel for so many years this is very very disappointing and feels like it's deliberate to push customer to go for new connection instead of secondary. Request @airtelindia to address this at the earliest

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unable to use 5G internet. I have 5G enabled handset and active Airtel sim card. Network preference opted 5G from the settings menu. Look into the matter.

    @airtelindia And what is the point of your so-called 24×7 support? It's nothing but a chatbot loop. There isn't even an option to connect to a human support agent in the app. Customers pay for a service, not endless automated replies that solve nothing.

    @airtelindia idk what's wrong with your services out of 30 days of a month I rarely get 80+ mbps speed on my airtel xtream connection, it is around 0.2-0.6 mbps most of the time. I cannot raise a complaint via the app as it only works with dumb questions. Fix my internet speed RN
