@airtelindia does't make any sense by calling immediately by seeing my tweet. It really matter to the customer how fast you can provide the solution. As per the latest SR your service the engineer supposed to visit my premises yesterday evening. No call. No updates yet.

@airtelindia today is the 5th day from the date I had raised an issue over the Airtel internet connectivity loss, all I have got are false promises of quick resolution over email, chat, phone conversations, text messages. Airtel’ you can do better than this!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia having serious 4G network connectivity issues at my area circle near Rampally, Hyderabad. To call, changing network to 2G and calling since can't connect calls & data at 4G. Single point it shows all the time. Please help us to improve 4G network.

@airtelindia i have choose airtel and at midnight they closed my older service provider network and when trying to activate my number their executive kiran kumar is saying that server is not working and “he says its my problem” such bad service from airtel didn’t expected this

@airtelindia seriously your customer care sucks.. i am in call with them since last 40 min out of which 25 min in hold. In my building neighbors are using 100 mbps Airtel vfiber connection but to me Custcare says my area is supported in my area. This doesn’t make any sense to me
