Is there a provision that a person can go to an @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence store to complain about broadband? Because the incompetent people at Airtel aren't able to fix an internet problem in 4 days. Heck I would probably get a new connection in less than that.

@Airtel_Presence hardly cares the customer feedback. I hv been asking for enhancing the signal strength so that uninterrupted internet access is possible. I cant use airtel data as it gets disconnected often. Shame on @airtelindia

@airtelindia even after paying 5days in advance confirmation also for payment, my recharge not happened. Now stopped my connection. Even their office is of no help after showing confirmation msg n bank deduction. How much harrasment I m facing. Why they should not be penalized.

They are providing a certain 1598 Airtel Black Plan to influencers that has 6 Postpaid connections and 1 broadband connection. They do not provide this plan to even a 12 year old Airtel customer like me.
