@airtelindia today is the 5th day from the date I had raised an issue over the Airtel internet connectivity loss, all I have got are false promises of quick resolution over email, chat, phone conversations, text messages. Airtel’ you can do better than this!

@airtelindia what a pathetic customer care you've, my prepaid validity got expired and I recharged today morning but transaction failed but money was deducted. I've Rs. 15 in my prepaid account but I'm unable to call 121 customer care and saying my validity got expired(1/3)

@airtelindia seriously your customer care sucks.. i am in call with them since last 40 min out of which 25 min in hold. In my building neighbors are using 100 mbps Airtel vfiber connection but to me Custcare says my area is supported in my area. This doesn’t make any sense to me
