@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Almost a week since we requested for a broadband connection, made payment for a 6 months service in advance and now the service team is not batting an eye to get my connection installed. Prolonged time than promised and highly frustrating. Help?

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I stay in Ameenpur, Hyderabad. Your slogan “hum har jagah hain” doesn’t really seems to be valid in my area, as we have poor reception throughout. Have lodged in multiple complaints but not of use. Wish you don’t loose any customers.
