Or call 121/198 from your registered Airtel number, request cancellation, and note the SR ID. It usually processes in 3-7 days. They may ask why—stay firm if you're sure. Let me know if you need more help!

If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.
