    What i have learnt from @Airtel_Presence is, When you don’t have network at your place, simply opt for porting instead of waiting for the service provider to install tower at your place (being fooled of since 2 years) just to show your 14 years of loyalty with them @airtelindia

    Two MNCs @amazonIN and @AmericanExpress are setting Gold Standard for customer service in India & no Indian company is anywhere close. In fact the likes of @bigbasket_com @Paytm make you wonder #Whyme while @Flipkart & @airtelindia are ok but nowhere close to "Meets Expectations"

    @reliancejio as of now jio has extremely network and internet issue in all Hyderabad.i have to go back on @airtelindia network and I think Airtel add promotion is honest tag line as old was good.@reliancejio (very sad)

They are misguiding public by bringing a Nepali girl saying “i returned to Airtel after trying other networks”, but in reality @Airtel_Presence is loosing its customers. Its high time they need to solve customer issues instead of relying on fake Open network.

I have use Jio internet connectivity also but sorry to say its not giving consistent Internet, yes seems cheaper. Speed also slow. I keep on using Airtel, still never disappointed me with services👍. Hope they will come up good android dth soon.

    @airtelindia its sad to see that your staff is under equipped for new sim activation during covid and have to activate it using the customers phone instead Its so easy and a good for everyone solution to just keep one spare phone just for Sim card activation Hope you look into it
