    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been a rocky start.. I've sat with the number for 25 minutes, on 121 not able to reach a human being to talk to, to activate VoWiFi calling... There seems to be no interest in the customer after they port into your network

    @airtelindia You talk about bridging the digital divide across hills and villages, but you can’t even fix basic Wi-Fi issues for existing customers. My connection has been down for days (Complaint No: 11018740619) and you’re busy posting PR stories instead of resolving real problems.
