@airtelindia ..Prepaid sim of both my parents have been deactivated despite of recharge multiple times..they visited the nearest store but they have been told to contact customer care ..they are senior citizens and not so tech friendly ..

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My xtreme fiber plan is of 200mbs and i am getting around 30mbs from the past few days. Not a single option to raise a issue in the application or somewhere, Do something. It was supposed only at the ending days right, when we have to recharge again

@iampaaachu @airtelindia Funniest part is that after almost 3 months of follow up.. They replied and gave assurance on 3rd Jan 2022 that they will give me an update on the network problem on 27th November 2021 🤔🤔

Done with @airtelindia.Going to switch to any other network. You only increase the recharge prices but do not provide service for that. My network is continuously getting disconnected from the internet. And the speed of internet is not even 2G.User since 7years. @Airtel_Presence
