    @airtelindia Dear Customer, Your service request no 138000958 could not be attended by our engineer due to the postpone in appointment by you.. Got this message but I have not made any postpone. Can you look into it. Complaint already raised in customer care.

    Jio LTE has been out of service for 8 straight days for the entire block of Asansol, WB. Started on 30.09.21 and till today 08.10.21. This is an direct invitation to port our sims to Airtel. Please look into the matter. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is a comment posted to address the lack of engagement and response from the airtel customer service team. I have been getting 105+ ping consistently for 8 days now, and despite contacting customer service and airtel presence, I have received no help.
