@airtelindia plz improve your network, today I unable to use data service. After done compliant customer care asked me resolution time is 3rd may 2023. Wow... what a fast service. If I will do port my no it should be fast then resolution time. #saynoairtel

@TRAI @TRAI Jio and Airtel giving poor signals in rular India. Even not getting 2G speed. They are planning to launch 5G. After multiple complaint to @airtelindia still no improvement in speed. Please assure them the same speed all over India only then 5G can roll out.

@TRAI @airtelindia @PMOIndia Being a retired person had to travel to a different district almost 130kms up and down to get my postpaid sim(9435154408) swapped but the application got rejected due to unknown reasons. Airtel Store asks me to travel again to get the problem solved

The network had been v slow for last few days, called up Airtel customer service, lodged a complaint,was given a 15 day TAT assurance. Yes that is the max time it will take but in this age & time when your phone is your lifeline. 15 days assurance !! @airtelindia @airtelnews
