  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Hi team I am Namdev Ugale My Dth recharge did not happen but money was deducted. So many times I have raised requests for this issue but the Airtel Customer care executive close the request without resolving the issue.

  I am astonished by the poor service given. For the past three days we have been complaining to Airtel's customer service reps about thier broadband connection. And after three freaking days (on a Sunday) they come in to my house without permission @airtelindia @airtelnews

  I've had a Brodband connection of airtel for more than 10 years but now I'm relocating so wanted to relocate it. Airtel service guyz told me, the current line is present 300 meters from my place but they are denying to service my request. @airtelindia

  NEVER CHOOSE @airtelindia I REPEAT. @Airtel_Presence IS THE WORST NETWORK IN THE COUNTRY. Worst customer service. 3 days to update an incorrectly spelled email address. 4 days to change the same and a few more days to provide esim. Pathetic. I don’t know why I keep going back
