    @airtelindia I opted for Airtel black 3days ago and paid in advance, till date services haven't started, is this best services of Airtel black? Everytime I have to call customer care and they have only std. answer with no solution, this is harassment @AshwiniVaishnaw @MIB_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very pathetic service by Airtel. I registered a complaint and was waiting for your executive for 2 days but no response. I even tried calling him number of times, but he didn't even bother to respond....1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My complaint 10072705854 dated on 22-08-22 for the same issue which was closed on 21-08-22 with ticket 10072303358. Your TAT is 24hrs. What kind of Airtel Black service am I getting. Had to follow up so many times with technician to visit home.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since I am unable to use services, why should I be paying you rent and in addition I am unable to use my paid Apps like Netflix, Amazon & other Apps. Who will bear the cost for same? Since last 3-4 days, there is serious issue with your service...2/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my net is not working properly this sim Is my secondary sim but I use this sim regularly and I always see that net is working and sometimes my net speed goes down because of that my work stoped please solve my problem

    2 weeks, 2 sim got automatically out of service! No worries @airtelindia charged 50/- for new sim! There was a time telecoms were giving free sims under an umbrella! Now sim gets faulty, not at customers fault but charged fee🤪🙏 @TRAI for new policy @Airtel_Presence all 👍 🤪😩

    @airtelindia your retention team has been worst . Can definitely call them cheaters making Airtel a cheater company. Retaining by saying plan of 699 with 200 discount and another calling saying there is no such plan and rental will be 899. Spammers
