  @airtelindia r u still best service provider? I think NO. Since morning i am facing internet and range issue and for same i raised complaint. The resolution time given to me is 9th mar, means 10 days..SERIOUSLY….WFH is difficult now…WORST PROVIDER.atleast now u will tale care?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months, still my problem hasn't been resolved. Let me know whether it will get resolved or not. Such a pathetic service of airtel & it's employee Mr. Pavan Raut who never give proper reply and a liar.

  I have raised complaint for airtel DTH I'd 3038435692 on 19th Feb 2022. Still no one from technical team called me. One person from third party called me and denied to solve the issue as Engineer dnt know how to solve. Please close this. @airtelindia #sunilmittal

  & what's more disheartening is the fact that being such a loyal customer of one of my all time favourite brands @airtelindia , this is how they repay their faith, there was a time when it was one of the very few brands to work for customer centricity & delight but not anymore!!

  well it's been quite a journey with @airtelindia being a consumer !! but in the recent past few months after constant call drops and unstable internet; have raised the issue to @Airtel_Presence for n number of times in the past 6-7 months & 3 times in the last month alone!

  @Airtel_Presence I have already paid all the bills still my broadband is not working and moreover when I am trying to get a call back, it's been booked for tomorrow. What a joke!! Pathetic service by Airtel. @airtelindia
