@airtelindia worst service at Vadapalani service center, Chennai 26.They are replacing corrupted SIM,eventough I reached service center before working hours on 6.45pm. I was asked come before 7.30pm.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Fiber down for >10Hrs 2nd time in a span of 10days. Poor support. No communication. No idea whom to reach. Down since morning. Called customer support at 5pm and they say will resolve by 8pm. Switching to a local ISP. More reliable.
