  I change my Airtel eSIM to physical sim Airtel store said me it’s activate after four hour but steel after 12 hours not activated. Now I tried its customer care number they don’t transfer to call live agent when only Ai and IVR. This how Airtel provide service. @airtelindia @TRAI

  I sent an SMS from my wife's @airtelindia number to my @reliancejio number and it's not being delivered. Issue only with specific content. Just any other test messages getting delivered. Tried sending same msg jio to Airtel and it worked. So is jio filtering messages sent to me..

  Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network is extremely slow. internet speed is even worse than 3G so bad that even a 1-minute video isn't playing properly. And this issue has been persisting for the past 4-5 days.... @TRAI

  @airtelindia I want to remove two add-on numbers from my postpaid number. Niether airtel app nor airtel customer care has any option to do that. Looks like you removed this option so that you don't loose the customers. Please resolve the issue asap. @TRAI PLEASE LOOK INTO THAT

  @airtelindia Pls help 🙏🏻 I’m terrified that my exgirlfriend’s private call history could be accessed by her husband. It could destroy her marriage and seriously affect her critically ill father. Pls protect customer privacy and don’t disclose records without legal authorization.

  Pathetic service from @airtelindia . Even the complaint team can’t do their job properly. Raised a complaint, they asked for my number, I provided all the details and then absolutely nothing. No call, no update, no resolution. Just silence. Worst customer service.
