    Hey @airtelindia when we need new connection for XtremeFiber you come up in 1 hr and when we raise a service request it's unsolved for 3 days.What's the use when we lose connection for 3-5 days in a month. You remind me to recharge but guess you forgot to bring back connection.

    Rarely, I get such prompt & proper response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but today, one of their representatives Ramsha, was so quick that she resolved my issues within minutes. I appreciate her efforts! I wish Airtel teams, dealing with emails, should also act responsibly.

What pathetic level of service. I will file complaint with TRAI for lying and harassing customers. I shared numbers of liars in DM
