    @airtelindia ..I am Airtel Black member. Despite UR policy of immediate response to the Airtel Black members, Service Req. 66775145 has not been attended but surprisingly to say that I received SMS from U that Service Req 66775145 has been resolved. Why do U mislead UR customers?

    @airtelindia Such a pathetic service @Airtel. I have booked Airtex Xtream fiber on 27th July which was supposed to be installed within 24hours but till date no sign of installation, no resolution from customer care or airtel representatives. Thankyou for letting me down!!

    @airtelindia my #Xstreamfiber is down from yesterday. Raised a complaint yesterday itself. An engineer was supposed to visit us by 11, but nothing till now. There is no way of contacting airtel. No contact number shared of the engineer. No updates for the request. Please help
