    @airtelindia Dont understand, why Airtel is so cold to its decade old customers, i had discussion with Airtel Black customer care three times. However, after agreeing and confirming the plan three times, there was no implementation on ground level.

    @airtelindia 3 days 2 complaints bcz 1st cmplnt was resolved falsely w/o contact me.Still no solution. Need Change of STB but eng. saying no availability while customer care said it'll replace shortly in both complaints registered.Pathetic service stop dth if couldn't provide STB
