    @sonu_metha @airtelindia Even their thanks app doesn’t work properly for raising a request / query but still ask us to register in app. It become my daily routine to call the customer care to check the status of my request. May time to look for an alternatives.

    @airtelindia Dear team, Do you really bother resolve customer complains or just to show reduced no. You anyhow close the complains. I have complained number of times to get the signal problem resolved but every-time the complain was closed with resolving.

    @Airtel_Presence Dear @airtelindia We have only used your sim network till date and your data speeds are pathetic during busy hours from(6am-12am) we can rarely do anything, there is no use no matter how many times I have raised complaint. It's been a year facing the issue.

    @airtelindia Hello.. I just complained on your customer care number. And my problem doesn't slove and without solving my problem I got message for feedback. I purchased your wifi plan of 3 months and I think in 1 week I have complained your customers more then 5times.
