    My Airtel SIM Card was not working,so I got a new sim card and they charged me 300 for it, after that I got a message from airtel that :-Retailer may charge you up to max Rs 25/ as his service charge for SIM change. I need urgent help on this issue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hey I'm using your broadband connection I recently only switched to airtel within a few month there is a lot of network drop currently for the past few weeks particularly I'm not able to attend google meet continuously.Can u really help me with this

    @UditKhumar @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You are right, brother brother-in-law, everything is like this, I just talked to the senior of airtel, he also said anything but then later on the call from personal number and asked to wait & said that my problem will be solved Forwarding only this airtel service

    @IamtheRabmitDas @reliancejio @airtelindia Both the companies are sufficient enough to see that the existing infrastructure is modified for 5G, airtel being an old successful player has an edge here. So yeah who will be "India's first 5G network" matters.

    @airtelindia first I was jio customer,then I switched to airtel in January. My airtel net was working superbly until last two week. Th problem is same as I had with jio. Videos buffering all the time. My study is getting affected bcz of this. I complaint in ur app but nthng hpnd.

    Why I Can't able to Contact customer care. If I call 198. Even when I press the keys it doesn't work. I want Immediate reply. Otherwise I will switch to other network. . I have poor network speed. I can't even sent whatsapp message. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
