    @airtelindia my airtel xtreme fiber broadband stopped working for a month now inspite of repeated complaints and a very poor customer service. Is there an intention to really fix the issu?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested for broadband and paid three months advance on 1st June. Till now no one has turned up. There not a single provision to raise a complaint. Your Thanks App is useless in terms of customer service. Need immediate action or refund.
