    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ... please lodge a complaint against your Gwalior spoc's Shailesh Tomar and Neeraj Kushwaha .. We have been mis-sold the connection, that activation will happen today Sunday 5pm. After money paid, the request magically changed to 3 business days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have not been able to use the internet for the last 12hrs in nagpur Maharashtra. Every time I connect with customer care they give me a resolution of 2hrs and after every 2hrs the issue is the same. Pls do something #airteldown #airtel

    It's been 20 hours. My Airtel fiber is not working. Complained 3 times.Called customer care 4 times. The only thing i got was fake promises. Your engineer is not even picking up the call. God knows when will Airtel behave sensibly to its customers @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
