Pathetic services @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Trying to connect Airtel customer care but after pressing key 9 the call is getting dropped and no solutions at all. Seems like I am stucked in this pathetic network and there is no way to go out. Have to pay the cost for recharge

Before 2 months I had enquired about Airtel black and ready to take the connection if @airtelindia can provide. But what I experiencing is 4-5 daily calls from customer care Airtel but no connection. Whom to blame? @Airtel_Presence or their employees.
