    Before making a call to 121, I was getting a speed of 2.5Mbps. After the call it increased to 7.3Mbps. Every complaint takes maximum 15days to solve the issue. Hence I am paying only for 15days, is it? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I visited several places in Gujarat & Maharashtra with almost no access to Airtel calls, data (Jio and Vi had full connectivity). I don't even have access to your network in my home - Postal code 380058. Please issue PAC and refund so I can get lost.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a request to transfer my broadband connection..but your team went ahead and terminated my connection and no one even bothered to inform me about the same... Is this how you treat a loyal customer? An extremely unhappy customer

    There is no feasibility of Airtel broadband in my area and I regularly keep calling the customer care only to hear it will be done in one month since last 1 year. The nearest box is 1km away.. Plz do something for the same . @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
