    I don't know Why @airtelindia is making ads like they are the No 1 network provider. You need to check the ground level instead of relying only on your employees. Your network is getting worst day by day and your services are too bad that you don't have executive to talk on.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I am Asher Toufeeq, I want to ask you that if i have paid you for 1.5 GB per day. Then why the hell my internet connection becomes extremely slow whenever i go beyond 700mb. Having Bad Experience from your services.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm using airtel since 2010 when I started my college and I was happy with your services but now it is becoming worst day by day. I'm unable to use my daily internet due to very slow speed i.e 10-12 kbps. I have to purchase a new jio SIM.

    @airtelindia look at the internet speed in Moh. Muftisarai, Chandpur, Bijnor, UP. In the whole day except 1am to 6am internet not working in this area. We are unable to send One single WhatsApp msg in day time. Look at the matter. 9650633706

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shocking customer service from Airtel.Broadband is down since 25th May with 0 resolution or visits. I requested a disconnection via 121, but its is nt possible saying the open ticket must close first. This is nothing but a trap to inflate bills.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I told the Airtel executive that I do not receive any Airtel signals at my home and asked him to resolve the issue,he is telling me that my network issue will only be resolved if I switch from Prepaid to Postpaid. Pls resolve the issue

    Called @airtelindia customer care with the request to segregate my numbers from a family plan and make them separate connections. The lady on the customer care refused to do it. Simply said she won't!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Twice my complaints were closed without resolution. Weak indoor signal, unusable internet and call drops still continue. Closing complaints won't fix the network. Stop marking issues as resolved when they are not.

    @Airtel_Presence Still no luck.. no engineer called no updates on tickets etc. I have called up customer care thrice still they couldn't make any contact with the field team.. this is pathetic example of service... Really poor support @airtelindia @airtelnews
