    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm using airtel since 2010 when I started my college and I was happy with your services but now it is becoming worst day by day. I'm unable to use my daily internet due to very slow speed i.e 10-12 kbps. I have to purchase a new jio SIM.

    @airtelindia look at the internet speed in Moh. Muftisarai, Chandpur, Bijnor, UP. In the whole day except 1am to 6am internet not working in this area. We are unable to send One single WhatsApp msg in day time. Look at the matter. 9650633706

    airtel store address is I/F-3, Ashwini Nagar, Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal 700159. I want to file a complaint against them. there are several customers whom they cheated Google reviews are there which says about their fraud @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I had raised request on May 8th to cancel @airtelindia fiber broadband and refund the balance amount. Customer care team closed the ticket without doing any of these. Raised the same request with @airtelindia DTH team , they completed the request in 2 days. Fiber team is bad.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wrong recharge done. Refund request blocked with false “MNP request exists” error though no MNP is active. Calling customer care since May 13 but only IVR, no executive support.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I selected the ₹699 Airtel Black BB + IPTV plan because it included TV service also. Only broadband was installed initially as my TV had not arrived then.

    @airtelindia There has been a service outage in Faridabad Sector 45 since 6 PM yesterday, and there has been no update regarding the resolution. How do you expect people working from home to function without internet—an essential service—for more than 12 hours?

    Hello @airtelindia! Your wifi and mobile network has been a nuisance for quite some now. For someone working from home this is super annoying as both stop functioning at the same time. And only if your app was half helpful I could have avoided from posting it here.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Facing worst experience with wifi services at my location. There is too much disruption any time, affecting my work from home. Team is so incompetent here they took 5 days to fix a broken wire issue. Dont behave like local cheap ISP
