    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm using airtel since 2010 when I started my college and I was happy with your services but now it is becoming worst day by day. I'm unable to use my daily internet due to very slow speed i.e 10-12 kbps. I have to purchase a new jio SIM.

    @airtelindia look at the internet speed in Moh. Muftisarai, Chandpur, Bijnor, UP. In the whole day except 1am to 6am internet not working in this area. We are unable to send One single WhatsApp msg in day time. Look at the matter. 9650633706

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence after a long time i had a great experience with airtelXstreme fiber service (SR 10044117300 ) the service guy (ram avtar shahni) was very quick to respond and solved my problem in no time , special thanks to the service agent Ram Avtar sahani

    @raviverma986 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Correct same problem....worst customer support they solve problems in 3-5 days and they not extend the date this is the Airtel policy stop internet for 3-5 days every month and pretend we are working on it....bhai koi kaam nahi ho raha hota lutne ka dhandha hain ye
