    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm using airtel since 2010 when I started my college and I was happy with your services but now it is becoming worst day by day. I'm unable to use my daily internet due to very slow speed i.e 10-12 kbps. I have to purchase a new jio SIM.

    @airtelindia look at the internet speed in Moh. Muftisarai, Chandpur, Bijnor, UP. In the whole day except 1am to 6am internet not working in this area. We are unable to send One single WhatsApp msg in day time. Look at the matter. 9650633706

    @airtelindia @airtelnews This is to inform you that I am very unhappy with your pathetic customer service. I have been trying to activate my eSIM since a month. There is no option to choose from or no representative to talk on 121. I have mailed you guys but still no response.
