Just received a call from your Social Media team due to tweeted issue, but Escalation Team hasn't acted yet. Poor customer service by @airtelindia. Unable to assign an engineer in 3 days due to previous assignee's leave. A big company failing to deliver. Highly Disappointed!

@airtelindia : pathetic service, my sim is not working from yesterday night, when I reached to @Airtel_Presence customer care, I get a response that Sunday your Airtel store don’t work and your sim will be exchanged only on Monday morning. As a postpaid customer this is pathetic
