What kind of irritating service is this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? I can receive SMS from Vodafone but cannot send SMS to Vodafone. + @ViCustomerCare Tried changing phone, replaced the Sim Card too but no luck. Call centre/gallery people don't know anything, confusing IVR

@airtelindia today called Airtel customer care which is chargeable to speak with customer executive, got noted that they need to transfer to senior holding couple of minutes to talk but senior couldn't help and request to transfer senior instead just ask me to hold and disconnect

@airtelindia I am trying to stop auto recharge, it seems no where you have provided any option to raise complaint or option to stop auto recharge. Tried 198 , Airtel thanks app and website. Feeling frustrated.

@airtelindia 1. Call get automatically 2. My voice doesn't reach out to receiver. Note* Person disconnected my call and calls back then only i am able to hear him/her. Network engineer calls and doesn't bother to check and resolve the issue
