    @airtelindia hi airtel yesterday i reacharge 4g plan to my father airtel number and its actually 2g sim i dont know about that by mistake i reacharge of 598 after knowing yesterday i message airtel now they declined to help me . That is how your service given to customer by you

    @rjginnie @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I too have experienced that a ground level Airtel governance is very weak. They are very loud and customer centric in the TVC's but in real life that touch practically missing. I think they are poor in executions, may be whole team is not equally motivated !!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why new plans are getting merged with existing plan on your number instead of going in queue? Also, pressing any number on IVR is registering complaint for voice and network connectivity issues and not routing for proper response!!
