@airtelindia Now this is the second outage in as many weeks. You should give discount to postpaid customers in next bill and additional validity days to prepaid customers in their current plan.

@airtelindia such a bad customer service you guys have. I have been trying to raise a complaint for 3 days now and there is no way I can do it. Since the day i have upgraded to Fibre, my landline has stopped working and its been 2 weeks now. Is that how you treat the customers?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I informed through tweet & DM that in our area (pin- 801302, Patel Nagar, Hilsa) internet speed is much low in Dec'21. This crisis is continuing till now from last three months. But Airtel, failed in to fix the problem.
