    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You don’t cancel it immediately and ask for time to resolve ion a day . Post waiting you still don’t resolve and when I want to cancel you don’t allow me to cancel it immediately. You ask for more 48 hrs to cancel it . Why is there so much delay ???

    @airtelindia, I'm done with the temporary fixes. Your WiFi service is unreliable, and your support team just gives repetitive troubleshooting steps that don't work long-term. Is this the 'premium' service you promise? AIRTEL IS THE WORST AMONG ALL!! #AirtelDown @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Technician promised 1 month free, but my app shows overdue. App says service started 5 Mar, actual install was 13-16 Mar. Technician stopped taking calls after I asked about the bill. Please fix and close my connection.

    @airtelindia we have requested to remove airtel fiber couple of month ago we called many times raised a request but they didn't initiate any process for disconnection, every month we receive a bill for not using WiFi Everytime customer service saying we have initiated 7 days ago

    Suffering major internet outage at my home using @airtelindia service and the reason I moved from @reliancejio due to poor service but realized that @Airtel service sucks too. Totally disappointed with horrible service. Think twice before taking Airtel service

    After Notifying the Wrong Recharge on the number, @airtelindia went forward by themselves and mark the issue as resolved without refund. Even in talk to us option chat bot ai didn't let me talk to agent. And same was with #customersupport Number. @Airtel_Presence #Airtel #Fraud
