    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What a frustrating IVR system which doesn't have option to talk to a customer care executive. There is no simple mechanism no raise an issue. I recharged my cell 2 hours ago and still not able to make outgoing phone call. Ordered 6805390454536437760.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 24 hours since I have filed a complaint and haven’t heard back regarding a status update from your team. Exceptionally poor service to their customers. A brand that was once very famous for their CS is falling apart.
