Vanshika (@aahiknsv) reported. @airtelindia definitely has one of the worst services! I moved from Blr last month and ofc I had to terminate/cancel my Airtel WiFi subscription. I very nicely raised a ticket and sent an email - because guess what there’s no option to directly cancel. I waited for their call back - nothing! Then the month ends and I ofc did not recharge the WiFi bill bc hellooo I ain’t using it anymore- and I’ve been getting call from Airtel representatives like clockwork daily!! I very politely asked them first 2 times that “ma’am I raised a request to cancel my connection, and I’ve received no support, please fix that first , as I have a prepaid plan and I don’t use the WiFi anymore I am not recharging again!” One of them said, “ sure ma’am we’ve put the complaint and let you know” , another one said “ma’am we don’t have cancellation services” - are you kidding me ??? What am I supposed to doooo??

My system is updated and i can use unlimited 5g in my other airtel sim. Why is it that the customer care don't help. @stufflistings .
