    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Seriously fed up with Airtel Complaining since 5th April — no technician, no fix. First disconnections, now broadband completely dead (no lights). Even today called support — just complaint update, NO ACTION.

    @airtelindia really sorry to be your customer. Real pain you feel when try to connect with customer care. I have paid for wifi connection but cancel my order. Now for refund not getting any response. Does this became regular for you? After taking others money stay quiet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Not sure what you mean by "as requested earlier". However, I am thinking to move because I feel too constrainted with your service. Sunday morning, wifi got internet issues, the dumb chatbot mere opened a ticket that too for Monday ! Means, to spend Sunday wo Wifi

    @airtelindia Seriously disappointed with Airtel. Paying for ₹349 "unlimited 5G data" but not getting what's promised. This has been going on for 6 months. Full network but no real service. Stop fooling customers or be ready to face legal action. #Airtel #ScamAlert #ConsumerRights
