    Hey @airtelindia please do NOT call me daily to provide offers to activate my inactive wifi connection. I will activate when the time is right. I have activated DND and also insisted multiple of your agents to not call or email me regarding one out of the two existing wifi connections of mine. Still i keep on receiving multiple calls a day from different numbers even after blocking so many of them. If you guys keep on disturbing me, i will make sure to get both of my wifi connections removed including the 2 other postpaid mobile phone connections and switch to a different network provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have converted from Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid Priority going to the store but till now I have not been transferred to it. This is a very slow process. Help me and get the transfer soon

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your sales team is much better than your support team , just visit airtel thanks app, open wifi/iptv and exit , they would call you instantly asking if i want to buy wifi service which I dont because i already have one. On the other hand is your customer support team. They suck.. i have calling 121 since month for merging all my services.. ye nahi ho paa raha inse.. Even customer support here on chat sucks.. just telling me to have patience and saying we will resolve your query..

    @airtelindia it’s been over 20 days and my DTH has not been installed!! Multiple calls and the worst IVR to navigate later I get to know someone has raised a request to cancel my DTH without my consent !!

    @Airtel_Presence just saying we have responded via DM is not helping. No one has resolved the issue yet. 48 hours Internet service is down. No one responding. Services requests are just getting rescheduled without any call.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service sucks.
