@airtelindia paid for a data recharge, which didn't reflect. Tried to resolve the query on thanks app, the dumb bot dsn't get the query. 198 takes to another dumb bot on call that neither solves the query nor allows you to talk to an executive. Give better customer care please.

The worst telecom company is Airtel. You blocked my number and gave to someone else . No incoming or outgoing call no sms. What the hell is Airtel doing. Your customer care is not reachable. No human is available to talk. Is this the way you operate? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presenc

@airtelindia I did ₹1199 recharge on my Airtel number for Amazon Prime Lite, but the subscription is still not activated. No option showing in Airtel Thanks app either. Please fix this ASAP or refund. Very poor service!

@airtelindia Hi @airtelindia , I ported my number from BSNL at your Angamaly store on Thursday noon. It activated today midnight & I paid ₹350 for the first recharge — but there’s still no active plan. Customer care & bot haven’t helped. Please resolve ASAP — very disappointed.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is the worst service I've ever experienced. It's been 18 days since I ported my SIM from VI and still no activation. Your customer support (59058) is pathetic-disgusting tone. Teach your reps how to talk. My mind is blown by this stupidity.
