    @airtelindia what exactly is going on with your internet services? Again the internet is down. This has now become a regular issue and it is seriously affecting work. At this point it genuinely feels like Airtel has made a complete joke of customer experience. ID 01119981483_wifi

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence Everytime I have been told that the team has escalated the issue to seniors and they are sending mail for this.I didn’t knew that sending a mail to someone takes more than 2 months @airtelindia

    I had disconnected my Airtel WiFi connection on time and already paid the final bill, with proof shared via email and calls. Still, I’m continuously receiving bills for no reason. This is unacceptable customer service. Resolve this issue and stop the false billing. @airtelindia

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days and you people from Jio are still just giving excuses and lectures. If you can’t handle the service properly, then shut down your business and tell people to switch to Airtel instead. You people don’t respect customers at all. @airtelindia u r better ?

    @Airtel_Presence pathetic service, booked for new Wi-Fi connection, it's been 4 days since on one arrived for installation.. no response from airtel.. made a mistake choosing @airtelindia instead of @JioCare , I'll not recommend airtel to anyone hereafter.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, why advertise the Airtel Black plan as "Unlimited" if you cap it at 300GB? 🚫 My data got cut off for "commercial use" and support says I have to wait till May 25th. If there's a cap, don't call it unlimited. This is false advertising! Fix this.

    @airtelindia Due to poor service i want to disconnect my wifi permanently. I have been trying to reach your officials but am not. Dsl no 025123792335_wifi ACC no -20021952097. Please contact me urgently or else I will file a case in consumer court.
