    @TRAI @airtelindia 2/2 off At 10 pm and open at next day around 11 amnow today onwards 2 august at 1:45 am the services again go complete blackout kindly look into the same and do the needful the hrs which are wasted are our paid hrs under the recharge we purchased 📞7388734568

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Proceed with disconnection of my One Airtel Plan 10101030830907 which has 2 DTH and 1 Wi-Fi. Don't want a service provider which can't arrange a technician visit for a week to resolve a signal issue in a city like Ahmedabad. #airtelblack #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_India It's been an entire day without Wi-Fi, and this level of service is unacceptable. I'm paying for a service I can't even use. This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve this immediately.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Do airtel have some problems in giving unlimited 5g internet.I have unlimited plan but still I can't use it since I recharged.Even costumer service is not working. 121 is useless .They don't even bother .

    @airtelindia if anyone wants to know what "premium service" looks like, here's a thread in one post: • broadband shifting: 1 month • iptv migration: 1 more month • tv & ott: unavailable for a month • calls to 121: too many to count • follow-ups: every other day • engineer assigned for installation: no longer works at airtel. i've spent more time chasing airtel than actually using the services i'm paying for. two months. zero accountability. just broken promises and endless escalations. do better.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5+ days since raising a new Wi-Fi request on July 27th and still NO installation! Engineers dodge calls, support makes empty promises. Extremely frustrating experience. Resolve this immediately. @airtelnews
