Hi @airtelindia want to port out from @JioCare prepaid. Jio 5G is not available on Samsung F23 5G set, also moving from jio prepaid to postpaid is a tough task. Hope Airtel in Kolkata provide me 5G service on F23. Contact me with your lowest priced plan. I have 4 nos to port out.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it has been really difficult to update my email ID for my prepaid sim despite visiting the Airtel store twice. This is a mandatory step for converting my sim into an eSIM. I see the email updated in the Airtel thanks app, but its the same. Pls help.
