    @airtelindia - constantly more than 2 times a week broadband services in my area (jabalpur) are down for unknown reasons. This is really impacting day2day work. I cannot raise a support request every time it happens. This is a serious concern and a prompt action is required.

    @airtelindia: Last 2 months, due to website error, my payments to Broadband have been credited to Mobile Number Account. Sadly late penalty levied on Broadband for 2 months. After being a Loyal Customer for 20 years, this is the outcome. Devastated. No Empathy from Customer Care

    @airtelindia I have booked on Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service by airtel team. Took the dth+Wifi plan of 1099/-. They took the money but later refused to install the dth connection. Been 3 days. Need refund. @reliancejio has much much better service.

    So #iPhones will not be 5G ready till December on @airtelindia network? I mean how utterly useless is that? What do they expect? People will run out and buy a Redmi Pro? Good grief.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged for 3 months unlimited pack with validity till 24th oct, even before validity is completed, I am unable to make calls and when I checked balance I realised my main balance of 200rs is also gone.. unable to reach customer care #Airtel

    Worse still that they have had months to plan for this launch but couldn’t seem to get #Apple or #Google to update software to support India’s 5G bands. Seriously @airtelindia… #Fail
