    @airtelindia Even after multiple requests to cancel my plan, I was asked to pay a final amount to ensure the connection was cancelled permanently. I paid the amount as instructed. Yet, even after cancellation, you continue generating bills. This is completely unacceptable

    @airtelindia You billing continues for my office wifi and my home wifi is disconnected. What sort of service is your brand giving? Sort it out today on priority or your modem goes into dustbin. As your customer care person said he doesn’t care.
