Absolute worst service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Have been trying to reach a customer care executive since afternoon but to no avail. You don't reply to tweets, don't reply to messages. That 121 number isn't working properly. Kya karu mein ? Port kar loon ?

@airtelindia i switched JIO postpaid to airtel postpaid for best network but it is too poor compare to JIO. Not 2G speed with zero network.

Airtel broadband is down since 4pm several complaints but no action. Broadband is not a luxury anymore its necessity. Please resolve this issue lots of us are facing this problem in Noida. @airtelindia
