Hey @airtelindia have been facing severe internet issues from past 4 days, which is not usual since past 10 yrs. Though i get regular messages that network has been upgraded in my area but from user end i think it has depreciated more. Its a request plz check what is going on

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence every 15 days we are facing issues with the internet. Sometimes it's an internet box issue sometimes a migration issue The internet is not coming for 3 or 4 days but we are paying the total amount . they are not fixing the issue immediately

@geekyranjit At my location in Mathura @airtelindia sucks. They are not ready to give fibre service at some location. Although the nearest airtel fibre would be merely 150m away but they are demanding to have more than 3 connections only then they can give fibre services.

My @airtelindia wifi has not been working for the last 72 hours with no issues with the modem. I have been calling your call centers repeatedly but there has been no response from the local engineers . This is severely affecting my work and studies . please resolve immediately.

@airtelindia Total useless. They have provided 5g only to the stadium area & posh areas of Rourkela , remaining city is a total black out zone with no 5g anywhere. Rich people & Stadium area can use 5g. Remaining r foolish people. As if providing free service. Discrimination of accessibility

@airtelindia I have been trying to get a fiber connection in my locality. Its been almost a week no one even came to check it. Someone said he will come but never turned up. I remember getting @reliancejio Fiber connection within few hours of enquiry. So much pathetic service.
