  @airtelindia Airtel service in our area is extremely disappointing. For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business. I request you to kindly look into this personally and provide a permanent solution, not another assurance. Regards, Dr. Pankaj Varshney

  @airtelindia **2/4** Fiber was finally installed on **16 July**, but the **DTH included in the same plan was NEVER installed**, despite numerous calls and follow-ups from my end. After repeatedly chasing Airtel for a service I had already paid for, I was left with no option but to call it off

  I switched from prepaid to postpaid, and my data ran out yesterday. Customer care says they can’t tell me how much data I’ve used, the app doesn’t show it, and I can’t even buy a data top-up. So how am I supposed to know my usage? @airtelindia

  @airtelindia I decided to re-choose Airtel mobile after a decade and my experience is even more worst than before. Number stop working for last more than 10 days, visited three stores, called multiple times to call centre but everyone behaved like clown and no resolution yet.

  @airtelindia has the worst customer service. I raised an issue on the call. It was not formally registered. No update. Nothing. Completely ghosted me.
