  @airtelindia For the past one week your broadband network is going very bad and unreliable. In every 5 to 10 minutes, network is completely dropped!!! It is really challenging to use Airtel broadband while working from home. Please do something to change this situation.

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence technician attended, but couldn't solve the STB issue. I called him since Sunday repeatedly, his answer his sometimes he is out of city or he will come shortly to address this. But he didn't come yet. Very false commitment by @airtelindia I have ever seen.
