    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews To make matters worse, customer care even provided the wrong number (198) when I asked for the direct Airtel Black support number from non Airtel mobile even I rechecked for confirmation.Very disappointing customer experience.

    @saaaanjjjuuu I have recently switched to Airtel Postpaid @airtelindia and seriously facing issue of unstable network. It goes up, down at any place. Thinking now my Jio was far better than Airtel priority postpaid.

    Dear @airtelindia, Can you explain why my limited 4G data is repeatedly getting exhausted despite being in a 5G coverage area and subscribed to a plan that advertises Unlimited 5G? I’ve raised multiple tickets, visited your Gachibowli store, and still have no resolution. #Airtel

    Airtel has not responded for 48+ hours despite acknowledging that my complaint was closed without resolution. DoT Grievance: DOTEL/E/2026/0034710 4+ months of weak signal, call drops and unusable internet continue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
