  @airtelindia today is 13th day of DTH is down at my home. And no one in the company to listen the customer plight. Today an automated message came & a Service Engineer was scheduled to visit and solve the problem by 6 pm. Just received a call from the Service Engineer that….

  @airtelindia @airtelsupport This level of service is highly unacceptable, especially for a premium customer category like Airtel Black. I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but there has been no accountability, no commitment, and no resolution so far.

  Absolutely pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. It’s been 10 DAYS since I raised this issue, and there is STILL NO RESOLUTION. Every time I switch to Star Sports HD 1 Hindi, the screen just shows a loading icon with constant flickering.

  @airtelindia My internet speed is stuck at ~0.2 Mbps for the last 4 days. Complaint was marked resolved without fixing anything. SIM replaced, tested in another phone still same issue. This is clearly a backendproblem. Please fix this urgently or escalate to your technical team
