    I have 4g phone with 4g data pack, but i am not able to use the 4g internet, i have checked all my phone settings, even other Airtel sim are working in my phone but my sim is not working in others, i tried contacting customer care but i didn't get satisfying answer, @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I want to schedule the engineer visit to fix the broadband issue at a different time. There is no provision to do so at any helpline number.

    @airtelindia Very poor and third class customer service , no responsibility, Filed more than 4 complaints within 3 months still the promised 15 days are not completing. Worst customer service among all network providers

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my xstream fiber is not working since yesterday 2pm. we raised this but it is not yet resolved. I am talking to customer support who is hold a call more than 20 min and returning back to me. What kind of service is this?

    @airtelindia what a ****** service , airtel fiber is down frm last 24 hrs.n still no confirmed time of activation. This is 5th time in last 1 mnth. Are you guys testing your product on our money. We trapped in by paying 6 months advance for the services. #AirtelDown #airtelfiber
