@airtelindia The customer care of Airtel has become pathetic now a days. They use to hide the information and charge the late fee. When I spoke to Mr. Harsh (Customer Care) regarding this , he showed me the attitude in a way that Airtel is the only company in India !

@mukundabhinav I think it's you're network partner in the middle. Guess @airtelindia they charge extra if we fail to Bill's on time with grace period. But they don't have solutions for this even if we give grace period

The resolution is taking longer than expected. I want my subscription to be extended since I had paid to use internet but still not being able to use it and as it's a matter of right i would be bound to approach consumer court. @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago @airtelindia

what's wrong with @airtelindia ISP in Tirupati everything seems fine but it gets disconnected when you are in working on some important calls , It literally gets disconnected for like 15-20mins for some reason and reconnects I didn't get any service interruptions messages either
