    I called the customer again and wanted to talk to one of the supervisors, i was put on hold for almost 40 minutes to get in touch with customer care supervisor. Pathetic service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #patheticservice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence u literally hv the worst cust service- engineers or cust support. After taking full installation payment, no one came to install DTH even after multiple complaints for a week. I strongly urge ppl to not take their service & go through the same ordeal

    In my walled colony there are only 3 connection of @airtelindia extreem fiber and only my net problem became chronic issue cos of your local franchise partner Mr shubham who demand extra amount for maintainance and he is culprit behind continuous problem. Talk 2 ur service person

    Standard by telecom companies. At Jeerapur (MP) pincode 465691, i don't get speed of network called 4G at my residence. Why they are taking money for 4G as it's against my #consumer rights as both @reliancejio and @airtelindia have very poor signal as well as lower speed of Data.

    Airtel, I have stopped using your braodband for ovwr 1.5 years, submitted routers and assets. However still getting messages to submit and phone numbers are always switched off. Please look into this and issues security amount. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
