    @airtelindia @TRAI facing worst network experience at our area from 10-15 days , internet service are poorest, and these guys are ready for 5G, firsty try to give 4G network in true manner.

    Nil Response since 12 days. Order id 21-424-23985427, Paid on Apr 5th 2023 for Airtel mesh device. Around 18 of your call center agents have no idea about the ETA; this is what they said. Can you pls help? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was about to port myself out yesterday and you asked me to stop and made promises, forced me to turn back. Now after waiting for over 18 hours and calling back customer care, they say nothing was promised as such. Not happy!
