    @airtelindia I paid a 3 month subscription fee to avail wifi, it has been over 3 days now it has not been installed and your service agent has stopped taking my calls, if this is the kind of service I should expect in future, kindly share the process of cancellation and refund.

    @nishalroat @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Yes exactly, they claim that on registering complaints through the app, they will definitely take action but since years I am seeing nothing happens... After all Airtel doesn't provide stable 4G network like Jio...so better to go with Jio which is a pure 4G network unlike Airtel.

    @airtelindia i was faced issues my airtel broadband 07911831667_dsl from 14sept to till now, i’ve raised many complaints to customer support and nadal west officer but still i’ve facing no internet. you talking about Airtel 5G launch,now give time to time 4G only,5G is too far for customers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence purchased new sim card the executive told me that sim will be activated in half an hour verification also done but now it is saying do recharge which was already paid to executive! Wtf you guys are doing! 🤬 Recharge my sim rn
