What has happened to your network @airtelindia I have not seen such a worst network. All calls are dropping and very slow internet. I am just thinking why do you call youself “superfast 4G”. Now I realised why @reliancejio is becoming market leader.

@airtelindia DTH ref no 38915899. It's been 2 days since my DTH is not working. I raised a complaint on 11th and I was promised a resolution by Friday afternoon. It's Sat and whn I called, your cust serv says that you require another 24 Hrs. Req you to resolve today else remove.

Visiting @airtelindia Store Geeta Colony (Delhi) thrice just for ownership/liablity change for one of my CUG number to my name. Issue still not resolved. Pathetic service. Need to improve much to compete from other telecom networks. @PrakashJavdekar

Yesterday, I got a recharge through Google pay for my mother's airtel number. And on the google pay app it wasn't mentioned that the recharge is for data pack and not for talktime, I have called the customer care that I wanted a talktime not a data pack @airtelindia
