    @airtelindia I'm unable to use internet with high speed It looks like that i don't have a 4G network or sometimes it stopped temporarily. So please help

    @airtelindia You have the worst customer care services. You app keeps crashing. I have been trying to download my bill for a prepaid recharge, but the app has not updated the receipt. Emails/calls/bots nothing works on airtel for customer support.

    Dear @airtelindia your android app is such a pain. I want to terminate my Broadband connection & surprise there is no option to raise a request to terminate the connection from App. Second, the chat support sucks I have been connected for last 20 min and I haven't heard back.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took a corporate connection and the outgoing calls are blocked service request is not getting filled and there has been a lot of mess in my business. i'm not able to callback to my customers for an update. Hectic service.
