    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia three outages in a week, high resolution time, no clarity or communication to customers. Unacceptable from a well-known and reliable company. Please take immediate action to address these issues or I will have to explore other options.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I am postpaid customer of Airtel for the last 18years. From last few months I am facing problem of not getting connected to incoming call and also outgoing Request you to look in to it and resolve the issue once for all. Regards,Vivek Tawde 9892498730
