@airtelindia Can't make meaningful complaints anymore. No actual chat option. Even if we try to create complaint, it says can't create. Pathetic customer service has been creating a mess in the name of Airtel black for past 5 months. They don't even care solving issus.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xtream Fiber not working since yesterday afternoon. No resolution till now. Horrible service. How am I supposed to work ? My mobile data is also used up. Fix wifi internet ASAP and provide compensation for mobile data. Regret choosing you now.

@airtelindia Don't trust anything from Airtel. I have been having issues with billing and Airtel black for 5 months. They don't even care to solve this now. Been trying to reach everywhere and they just say that it's under process. I have been an Airtel fan earlier.. Not anymore!!
