Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I have talked to one of your senior customer care , He was so rude and he hang up the call without resolving my problem and given proper information. It's not truly good to behave with customer like this being a leading MNC.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a cancellation request for Airtel Broadband connection on 04/06/22 in Hyderabad, which should get canceled within 48 hrs according to customer helpline. I've called customer care 3 times since then and they say it's under process every time.
