    @airtelindia I am trying to get the eSIM activation but unable to do so from 4th Sep, can anyone help in this? Calling 121 & 198 is really becoming a headache to me. Don’t you have any proper chatting option where all issues should be in drop down request.

    @airtelindia I have tried calling the 121 IVR portal, there is no option for update email address and more over we do not have an option to reach out to cc. This is a poor expectation from the leading service provider. Please do the need full I still want to support Airtel.
