  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The service engineer stopped answering my calls after taking OTP. No response to my emails as well. This experience has been unprofessional & I no longer wish to continue the service with Airtel. Please process the disconnection of my wifi at the earliest & stop future billing.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My issue didnt got resolved since 12 july 2026, very poor internet service & bad staff behaviour. Tried raising multiple service ticket in past week but every time the service tam calls to take OTP but never visits. Closing ticket without resolution.
