    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am facing internet speed issue since one month... I paid for 300 Mbps plan to get high speed and I am getting speed around 150 Mbps download and around 60 Mbps upload... I am not satisfied with your service... I just want my refund now.

    Companies which have stonewalled customers by using #AI in customer service are rather doing a disservice to them. Grievances redressed in India by Customer Services are almost negligible because customer is never a priority. @airtelindia @makemytrip @IndiGo6E are prime examples.

    @airtelindia is extorting money from its postpaid users. It has been 5 days since I asked them to shift my network. They ask for 24hrs everyday and fail. Now I have a different wifi. But they are still billing me for WiFi and not cancelling it. Worst is I can't even port my sim.
