    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , extremely disappointed with the Xtream fibre service. I got the box installed on the 4th July and today it's 8th July, and not activated yet.

    @airtelindia Very poor service Airtel 6 time complain but not resolve my problem What happened team all market in your products very fail your internet service very bad I m not explain. I all AIRTEL NUMBER TOMORROW CLOSE AND CHANGE VODAPHONE. MORE TIME COMPLAIN BUT NO RESPONSE YOUR SIDE

    @airtelindia I had booked a DTH on @airtelthanks app..paid the amount but it’s been 3 days no one has approached. Customer care is also not responding. DigitalTV id3037868197 is successful.

    Dear @airtelindia @TRAI What SCAM going on? When I am on call with customer service 121/198 the internet speed is good & as soon as call is disconnected the internet stops working. This means there's something Airtel is doing to stop us from using all the data at good speeds. 😡

    @airtelindia internet connection is not working from Friday 16th Jul registered complaint# 134104680 as well. They informed that technician will be visited but no one contacted me yet. @VittalGopal Sir I have never seen irresponsible behaviour like this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i m facing lot of network issue at my home , i own a prepaid sim and airtel tower is nearby then also such a network failure I am doing work from home and relying on good network , but its so frustating that such a big network

    Worst experience service I ever feel in Airtel,I request for broadband service in gorakhpur and already paid for it & now six day complied but i got a no response from there. Now its three day completed i take LWP form company because of not having broadband service @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am facing internet speed issue since one month... I paid for 300 Mbps plan to get high speed and I am getting speed around 150 Mbps download and around 60 Mbps upload... I am not satisfied with your service... I just want my refund now.

    @airtelindia One of our valuable customer is loosing because of Airtel . I have done recharge on 12 Jan but and Airtel app shows the same but when we call it show no balance . I think this is better to switch Airtel to another network

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You customer care, tele caller, manager, store, etc all are helpless, because of Airtel system Billing date cycle Data renew cycle is different But there is no way out available with your team to resolve it . Whom do i blame I don't knw

    Ported my number to Airtel a week ago and the service has been really good so far. Fast internet speed and no calls drops till now. Hope it continues like this. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
