  @airtelindia Deplorable service. I paid the bill for an Air fiber connection and its the 3rd day and it hasn't been installed. No update or Input from your side and the installation team has been wrongly assigned. Pathetic service

  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia You'll be surprised to know that the lazy Babus have started responding and acting too. I have BSNL broadband since 4 years, moved 2 states in between. No complaints in service except the closure/transfer process. Seen AE's respond immediately in both states.

  @airtelindia Paid ₹1,500 for a new Wi-Fi connection on 9 Aug. Installation has been repeatedly rescheduled since 10 Aug, and even after multiple escalations, it still hasn’t been installed. Please cancel the connection and refund my ₹1,500. Request ID: 21-181258364809

  @airtelindia your wifi service is just ****. no customer support, contact not working just irritating ivr calls, your chatbot dosen't understand one 1% of the problem, this is how you deal with your customers. Your wifi service is also getting extremely bad day by day. Not a single person available form you side when in need and when its time for billing you people treat us like god. @Airtel_Presence take your services back, i m opting out from your ****** services

  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia I'm planning to change from @BSNLCorporatet to some other service provider as the data isn't working for me in #mangaluru for the past one week. Unfortunately every other service provider's fate is the same. Having paid in advance for a service that you won't get is disappointing
