  Jio Support, it's been 4 days and you're still calling it a temporary network issue in my area. Barely 1 signal, and neither 4G nor 5G works properly. How long is this temporary issue going to last? At this point, Airtel seems to provide much better service. @JioCare @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence Nice copy-paste reply, @airtelindia, but it doesn't address my issue. I'm not travelling—I'm always at home, your 5G Unlimited doesn't work. But when I buy a ₹49 data pack, I get high-speed internet in the same location. Explain this and stop sending generic replies.

  @airtelindia I am already paying the bill despite of no. Was not being used for 1 month and the sim is not working. Is it my fault just to ask for the sim and that too there is mistake from your end and now being harrassed that we can't give you sim bcz sign is not matched .
