  @airtelindia I am getting back to back 7-8 Calls everyday all day long for rchg reminder. I have already denied on call yet getting spam. I hv complained over email too. No resolution provided.

  @airtelindia @DoT_India Since lat 10days my TV connection is showing error, made compalint 10times on 121, only recorded msg respond but no complaint token raised, IVR said technical person will come on payment basis, but no one came yet. This is disgusting and very irritating.

  Over a decade I am a customer of Airtel one 10101034027491. Today I wanted to add a IPTV box but horrified with customer experience. My recordings with customer care will be a case study for @airtelindia . No resolution but created more problems for me. Thanks Mittal ji.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer I'd- 02021856624_wifi I requested disconnection of my AirFiber today, but your representative misled me, took me out OTP claiming it was for disconnection, & instead bundled my Postpaid + AirFiber without my consent. This is unacceptable.

  @airtelindia facing connectivity issue in my house , v hv 3 postpaid and 4 prepaid so I want powerful booster asap..v hv to go outside in balcony to attend and dial the call, this is frustrating .....

  @airtelindia Your customer support is terrible. I have been facing internet issues for the last five days. I have sent multiple emails, but no engineer has visited yet. Every day, I receive a message saying that the visit has been rescheduled.
