  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and keeps saying customer service is unavailable. I also contacted the person who helped with the installation but he has no update. I work from home and this outage has completely disrupted my work since morning. Without any update or timeline, I am unable to inform my company.

  @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭

  @airtelnews Worst service provider... Avoid using @airtelindia service... They don't have 5G network coverage but taking 5G recharges without providing 5G service and growing net worth by cheating customers.
