  @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

  @airtelindia Never take airtel as your broadband partner, kindly prefer jio as when you buy a 6month plan of airtel. Half of the time, internet is not working and after 10 days daily follows if it starts then after 2 days it again stops. Worst customer service #airtel #broadband

  @airtelindia Your network in Gulzar Colony, Parbhani has been showing 2G for the last 6–7 hours. I am unable to make calls or use mobile internet properly. This is not an isolated incident we have been facing such network problems repeatedly in Parbhani. 1/3

  @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.
