@airtelindia Hi, on 23rd July I have paid advance rental for airtel broadband connection. After 10 days they came to setup router but failed. It is more than 10 days and still I am not able to use internet. It is like I am paying for nothing.What a miserable service totally unexpected.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service standards cannot improve by just Marketing Ad Spend, Service improvement is hard work. You have to resolve issues. In a Remote working Environment- your Operating Model has failed, Your Services have Failed and So have your teams. FYI!
