    @airtelindia Very poor service waiting since 22 march but till now I didn’t get xtreme fibre company is saying wait for 4 5 days more so i have to wait for one month very very disappointed for the service

    @Airtel_Presence I am getting the same message from a very long time. In purview if COViD you should not be charging any amount in Postpaid bills as your services are down. @airtelindia @airtelindia

    My wifi is getting LOS since yesterday 6pm and request no 10040893308 has been generated. I was assured of 2 hours. More than 15 hrs and my wifi is not yet fixed. Also, my plan is of 200mbps and I get such poor speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into the matter !!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we subscribed Airtel Black Plan on 4th June 2022 with 3 Postpaid Mobile Connections 9455296694, 8005020790, 8009055694 and unable to use 4G Data Connectivity. Regrettably BAD NETWORK CONNECTION, NO HELP or SUPPORT given.

My internet not working since last 12days but deducting money on daily basis.Made complaint with SR no-10000586421 but not rectified.On asking to disconnect service,they are telling that money in account will not be refunded.Cheater company

    @airtelindia Service support is extremely bad by Airtel. From 31st my internet is down. The support team arent even able to diagnose the issue at all! My static ip is not working, internet is dead. Router was changed.. nothing helped! Customer care gives same repeated answers.

    Hello @airtelindia , I hv 2 mobile SIM with #Airtel since long back. 1 is prepaid and 2nd is Post Paid. Post Paid (with Android mobile) network is awesome with hi speed net. But on Prepaid (With iPhone 16 Pro Max) Network plays hide & seek with 4G -5G Network with worst speed.

    Such horrible experience with Airtel wifi post paid and their app. Everything is horrible. What ******** their tech team is doing. @airtelindia . I wifi is not working from last 3 day’s raised complain nothing happened app doesn’t allow to raise complain. Acc : 20034913776
