My internet not working since last 12days but deducting money on daily basis.Made complaint with SR no-10000586421 but not rectified.On asking to disconnect service,they are telling that money in account will not be refunded.Cheater company

    @airtelindia I applied for your Airtel xtreme broadband and paid for 3 month connection in advance on 5th Nov, still everyday your customer service team is telling mam it will be done within 4 hours next day. But I don’t know when their NEXT Day will come.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we subscribed Airtel Black Plan on 4th June 2022 with 3 Postpaid Mobile Connections 9455296694, 8005020790, 8009055694 and unable to use 4G Data Connectivity. Regrettably BAD NETWORK CONNECTION, NO HELP or SUPPORT given.

    @airtelindia Highly inappropriate reply by Airtel regarding mobile number associated with @airtelxsafe. Airtel not providing a Landline phone since that number doesn't work there we got installed BSNL now they say we can't surrender, if we do they won't provide Canera services.

    @airtelindia This is beyond frustrating now. My Airtel WiFi has been down since this morning and I’m completely unable to work. The router constantly overheats, the connection drops again and again, and this issue has been going on for quite some time.

    @anilca95 @airtelindia The best solution to all your problems is to change the vendor. Airtel to Jio. Airtel services going down in MV Phase1 area and Engineers also avoid having service requests.

    @airtelindia your service team sucks. 48 hours without without net. Logged complaint through airtel app. No response. Called call centre, SMS came. But assigned engineer never picked up the call. Called customer care again, kept on hold for 10 mins.
