    @airtelindia if you can't give proper internet speed even in the name of 4G Broadband (fixed line) connection, that too in Chandigarh Tricity, it's time we switch the service provider. Let's see if you can get this fixed, apart from asking me to send you a DM.

    @TRAI New guidelines for DTH is indeed a very good move. But nothing is going to happen in right direction as far as @airtelindia DTH is concerned. Not able to choose my pack/channels despite my best efforts. No support from @airtelindia at all. Only excuse is technical issues

    @airtelindia with your fastest 4G volte network. I m unable to stream videos even on youtube. Playing pubg with a constant ping of 970ms. Registered a complaint about the same 2 times for no response of your representatives. And all this in Chandigarh not in some backward area.

    @airtelindia My personal experience is very very bad.Only one advice please please don’t ever think of buy Airtel DTH.Very unprofessionall people. They don’t even bother about customer. I am struggling from last one month.

    @airtelindia worst service I am calling them from last 1 month but unable to find any solution. 1st they split my secondary connection without my consent.After calling again and again got new ID. But again after recharge my connection it’s still not active.Hopeless

    @airtelindia Worst DTH service. HD channels were stopped without any intimation. Trying to reach out customer care but the line is busy since yesterday. @TRAI please try option to Port DTH operators as well.
