    @airtelindia Submitted my Airtel Xtreme broadband connection shifting request 2 days back, your executive promised me that the whole process will take 24 hrs only . It 3rd day still no one visited previous address for shifting purpose. Pathetic service 🙄 @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia how can I convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid? I call your customer care, they say go to offline store. I go to offline store they say they don't have rights for postpaid to prepaid conversion?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews from last 6 months i am facing network issue. and every time your executive call me and ask sir your issue will be resolved with in 72 hrs. please pay the bill. when i pay the bill your agent say your complaint is open.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago internet is not working on computers at home. Whule airtel says "as per update internet is working at your home". Whereas noone visited and my kids are for 5 days now without online classes. Pathetic, pathetic service by airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yaar Bahut He Beysharam Bandey Ho Tusi Airtel Wale. I have complained several times for Network Problem & Call Dropping Issues. But No Solution Providing Yet. Are you competing with BSNL ? Infact BSNL have improve their Services.

    @airtelindia hi airtel my internet is not working from last 2-3 months and every time if i want to do complaint against this issue your executive have same reply ie technical issue, Airtel I’m doing work from home and its over limit now even I’m not able to join conference call.

    @airtelindia I have applied Airtel xstream box with pay amount of RS 1499. After twenty days no person come for resolve this issue after two time raised complaint on apps. Very bad customer service. Thanks Airtel and Sunil

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I made a recharge in my account using Airtel thanks app but money was deducted twice due to their app glitch and still the customer care is giving me an excuse to not refund my extra amount as they have credited that in main balance.
