Dear @airtelindia we use to see big advertisement from your side about 0 complaints etc. Are you aware that day by day your service become pathetic? Paying for 200mbps speed and getting 10-20 mbps and frequent connection drop is a bonus from your side.

@airtelindia after raising service request no. 10070452651 internet stopped completely and got an update that it will be resolved by 18th August. Don't you feel ashamed about it? Is it ok if I pay you the bill after the due date is over? Will u accept that without any fine?
