    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been 6 to 7 months I am asking to provide a Fiber connection in my area and Airtel replying me "This service is currently not available in your area." I have (2 Sim,1 DTH,1 Modem of airtel).It's so bad that I am not able to get service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : I promise one day I will learn the magic to reach a HUMAN to talk to on your customer service numbers. For now, can you please help? I have recharged to get extra data pack, you took my money but have still have no internet, and it's urgent.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia No response from you from weeks. Airtel sim stopped working and I am struggling to get a duplicate sim. I have shared all my documents to you over email as per your request twice and now you are not responding. Is this the way you treat customers??

    Team, I don't know how long does it take someone to attend the problem. Since yesterday Airtel fiber is not working and till now nobody have attended the problem. This is too bad for an organisation when their employees take such a long time to address a complain. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews after waiting at 1.35pm and calling again for update and waiting for 4.30pm and again calling for status and now waiting for 7.30pm. Hush, so much for customer "nocare"

    @airtelindia @ConsumerCom : There has been Airtel fiber outage since 8am near Chicalim,Vasco-Goa. Till now it's not resolved. Are you'll going to compensate by giving me an extra day usage,likely no.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is this is a service you are providing. Giving false confirmation to customer. Rather then advertising you are providing best network start giving good service. Worst service i received and you are calling yourself brand
