Airtel international roaming sucks so as the customer service. No one is really looking into the core issue, they are just creating the service requests and delaying the resolution. Sent several messages and requests already as well as email @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel

Dear @airtelindia it has become a regret for ones using Airtel in a city like Bangalore. In the era of 5G we are getting 2G network which is even not able to take a load of call or message.Stop luring consumers with 5G, atleast provide enough network coverage for basic phone call
