@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My son mobile number of Chandigarh 9045064440 is not getting signal,showing no service while my other Airtel number are working. 9897005550. I am also not getting 4G speed ,I am getting 3G/E speed.

@airtelindia Broadband A/c: 022100890992_mh. Your Airtel Broadband Internet connection has not been working for more than 2 months now. It keeps disconnecting throughout the day making and no one is able to fix it and you keep charging me for no service at all!!

@Chiragkapuriya @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence True. When it stops, it stops for at least 2 days. And Airtel customer care says it will take 24 hours to restore! So much for "Corporate" connection :D They have a tower on this building but their engineers are never available. That's why I said don't jinx it :~)

@Airtel_Presence do you even bother to acknowledge or respond to customer queries/concerns? This is precisely the reason why in first place I chose to surrender the @airtelindia broadband in favour of Jio. Your PPL called and convinced me to continue. Now again, no response.
