    @sanjg2k1 Urban poor 18-45 can't use #cowin or refresh fr 3 hr to get a slot Missed call/sms, followed by IVRS call/sms to get crude location & algorithmic allocation of slots, regstr @ centr Priority 40yo > 18yo, FIFO @airtelindia Telco/NIC have capability Plz see if doable
