    @airtelindia we recently opted for the fiber internet package which includes a landline and xtreme box. The internet installation is done but no landline connection ir dth work has happened. The salesperson now tells me to talk to customer care. What waste of time is this?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I had a call with customer care. Loka Srikar Supervisor. When I asked why I'm unable to use my 50 rupees discount coupons he is saying u have changed the mobile so unable to use.

    @airtelindia got the fiber internet connection which has a landline and xtreme box free (minus the deposit etc) the internet is fixed but no work on landline & no one has come to give the xtreme box. I am being told to get in touch with customer care. What rubbish is this?CALL ME
