    @airtelindia I requested to upgrade my broadband connection with the fiber optics technology. I waited for 15 days for the installation and not received any update. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but no help. Worst experience ever.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Really fed up of ur network & services, since Navratri i've been facing network issues but no one bothered even after so many complaints & harassment to me & my kid as he is unable to attend online classes. It's better to switch to @reliancejio !

    @airtelindia airtel DTH service was very bad. They charge Rs 160 for every visits, your problem was solved or not . I raise complain with Set Top Box , i told for new STB but your agent come with old . He not solved my problem. After that airtel deducte Rs 160 from main balance
