    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but there’s no real action on the ground.

    peaceful saturday. good food, good company, and a newly built temple visit. Worked on my yt video (expect it tomorrow evening) just @airtelindia ruined my mood today. Its still not resolved my issue. So tomorrow morning first thing I will do is port to @reliancejio. Life is *****ng good.

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    @airtelindia 598 recharge done.Zee5 and Xstream still not working after several days and multiple follow-ups This is a 28-day plan and valid days are already lost without access to promised OTT benefits. Resolution timeline was also missed Need immediate resolution or refund.
