  Hey @airtelindia, My postpaid Plan is 1199 in which you mentioned Unlimited data/calls. But now i exhausted my data and my internet not working when i contacted customer care they told me the limit is 300gb even it is showing unlimited.

  @airtelindia How useless your service can be? Your chatbot fails to resolve/identify issue. Black support number is always BUSY. Website takes to the app. No email, no customer care no on app. How am I suppose to resolve my issue?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is absolutely poor, the internet does not work, you need recharge every month, if you have even a little shame left then fix your internet as soon as possible.
