    @airtelindia You are taking huge monthly charges for wifi network after that your complaint solution team in ahmedabad is zero level, I am chartered accountants and file complaint before three days no solution from your side. Your team does not understand the urgency of people.

    This is the level of Airtel's service. My Wi-Fi has been down for the last 3 days. Every time, the resolution time is simply extended by another hour with the same promise that it will be fixed soon.There has been zero response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The network/internet issue in my area has been unresolved since 23 July, even after raising a complaint. Request ID: COPRI3WST20260725799825 Resolution by: 30 Jul 2026, 04:35 am Please resolve this urgently and restore the service immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after having applied for cancellation of my request for wifi on 21.07.26 @airtelindia has still not taken any action and are still calling for connection and are not refunding the amount. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtelcares I am talking from Gandhinagar, Vavol-Uvarsad area The Wi-Fi is not working in our area since morning. When we call customer care, the call is not connecting and we got a message from Airtel that it will be fixed in 5-6 hours but it is not working yet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Internet is down in my area. I am using Airtel broadband. Also you help portal is not that helpful creating a service request. It keeps going in circles.
