    Hi @airtelindia my friend's SIM was in working condition just because the sim was old it needs replacement atleast inform the consumer. There was no network since morning, what if my friend was traveling or somewhere in the middle of something. This is not a good practice.

    @skpanda0303 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just check with netmonster once if it shows NSA disconnected then it means you are not connected to 5G tower and in this case data will be consumed from daily quota of 4G as you are connected to 4G network only 5G in status bar doesn't mean you are using 5G.
