Pathetic customer care services. Had done recharge of INR 79 on 21 May where STD/local tariff rate stated 60ps/mn. However, airtel is deducting charges on its own (upto 3rsmin). Had called customer care but no appropriate response.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Ranjan_Agarwal5
