    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My colleague is facing issues with her @airtelindia sim. Even though the phone is switched on and shows full tower, caller receives a note stating "Switched Off". No one can reach her on her phone. Tested on Zoom.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews please help me here. My CUG SIM card is not working from past 1 month. When I call customer care they ask me to visit STORE, When I visit store they ask me to get email From RM. When I call RM, it says switch off all the time. Plesse help 🙏🙏
