Despite trying to contact your customer care every day, I have been unable to connect with your support team. As a result, my issue remains unresolved, and I am facing significant inconvenience due to the lack of internet service.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet has not been working for the last 7 days. I’ve raised multiple complaints through the Airtel Thanks app, but the tickets are being closed automatically without resolving the issue. Please arrange an engineer visit at the earliest.

    I'm facing a serious network issue at my location. inside my room, i get only 1 signal bar, and the internet is almost unusable. data keep disconnecting, making it difficult to use the service. Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage in my area @airtelindia

    Worst customer service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Blanket outage in both mobile and wifi connections, rendering our work days useless. No decent customer support, made to wait endlessly in queue for a support call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Over 200 calls to customer care in the last 3 months. Multiple store visits. Around 10 emails. Even got a call from the CEO’s office. And still… my connections are not bundled. No complaint is being generated. No response. Absolutely pathetic.

    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn no internet since morning 😢 Wi-Fi Update: We understand this ongoing outage can be inconvenient. The Wi-Fi issue in your area needs more time to fix. We're actively working on it and will update you once your Wi-Fi is back up & running.
