    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia why do you harass customers like this ? Yesterday your “Supervisor” had told me at 3 pm that the job will be done within 24 hours. It’s 6:40 pm now. No sign of the work or any response!!! What kind of pathetic service is this ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what do I have to do to get my wifi installation charges refunded . You don’t have a customer care phone number and your chat bot support on the Airtel app is absolutely bogus. Even you don’t respond to DMs.

    If this issue is not resolved urgently, we will escalate the matter further through consumer grievance forums and across social media platforms. Expected much better from Airtel. Very disappointing. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia airtel from morning my Internet not working i trying to call 121 but no solution and option to call customer care not available your AI agents saying restart your phone and enjoy the data service again and again and i tried it again again by restarting phone

    SCAM BY @airtelindia Hey @airtelindia, it’s been three months since I raised the issue of my 4G data being consumed while on a 5G network. The "5G" on my screen seems to be just for show. Can we actually resolve this today, or do I need to escalate this further? #airtelscam

    It's a very pathetic condition to resolve the internet issue with @airtelindia in Guwahati City specially in prime location khanapara. Airtel Coustomer service is also very poor in Guwahati as of now. Why did you plan to start the downfall ?

    @airtelindia my complaint no. 11029975998 dt. 11.05.2026, but internet was not working from 23.04.2026. Who is responsible? ये कैसी सेवा है? कोई बताए इंटरनेट कब चालू होगा?
