    @airtelindia I had purchased 2 Indian plan before landing which went completely useless. What is this business model? You are able to detect if a customer is in another country but not if the same person is back in India? With an active plane .

    @airtelindia I’m on a ₹379 unlimited plan, still getting alerts for “100% daily data used” and being pushed to buy extra data packs. My phone shows 5G network, so why am I being asked to recharge again? Is this how “unlimited” works now?

    @JioCare My airfiber complaint ID: SR000036LT0B has been dead since few days. My various complaint through jio app also useless . No qualified professional technician attending the issue other than fancy update in my jio app. One of the worst service compared to @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, enough is enough. Multiple complaints, multiple emails, multiple visits to the service centre… still no resolution. Internet barely works, but your team is very active when it comes to sending bills and false promises. Now you are asking me to pay ₹900 for a connection that I could hardly use. Why should I pay for non-working service? Please close this connection immediately before your Airtel box and fiber become just another useless showpiece in my house. Truly disappointed with this level of service. #Airtel #AirtelFiber @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 28 May 26 at about 1810hrs raised Service complaint regarding bill waiver through 121 even after telling customer support to raise billing related complaint for billing issue agent didn’t even raised complaint. What is the purpose of support 👎🏻
