    Paying for a 40 Mbps plan and not even getting usable speeds. At this point, I’d be happy with even half the promised speed. Basic tasks are struggling, forget office work and streaming. Please fix this ASAP. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelcare we don't want Airtel broadband. Morning itself I have told that clearly. I have informed your customer care. But again, by persistent calls and WhatsApp, your broadband person is harassing us. @AirtelCaresLess

    What % of subscribers can @airtelindia Priority handle. I see some degradation in normal service, which might force people like me to move to priority. And priority becomes crowded too. Reminds me of the lounge service at airports.

    @airtelindia has created a nice closed system where there is no way to contact to a customer care rep. The app chat & customer care number throw out a 'outage in your area' message & automatically shut any further communication. There is no local contact to resolve issues

    @airtelindia My Airtel WiFi / broadband connection has been down since yesterday evening in my area (Perambalur – 621212). I’m unable to reach your customer support through any channel. This is seriously affecting my work. Please check and resolve the issue immediately.
