  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Placed order 10th Aug for IP tv with commitment for getting it installation done in 24 hours, whole week gone none of the team member reverted. Why ? Poor customer care service where normal people puzzled by clicking endless numbers without getting solution. Visited sector 137 Center also .

  @airtelindia such a lousy company my phone no 8447054537 we are having five connection and Wi-Fi The mobile data have no signal wifi down four days what a pity total failure the company is collapsed no meaning of honouring promise And give me reason why mobile data is not workin

  @airtelindia I am an yearly subscriber of Airtel fibernet. I use it for work and you keep dropping my work VPN connection. Your Wi-Fi is practically useless if you block my work VPN. I have raised a customer service request (ID- 11037742305) 2 days ago, but got no help still.
