  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I contacted the customer support on 14th March regarding the refund status. I was told that the cancellation was successful and I will get my refund in 7-10 working days.

  @nehatinaarora @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They called me again n again to not insist on port and assured to resolve the network issue. Today only I received a called explaining a tower had been sealed by municipal authorised. Hence, no signal.

  . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has the worst customer service in the telecom Industry in India.. Regret taking broadband connection of this company, should have opted for JIO.. They dont entertain complaints and their technicians are thoroughly unprofessional. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
