    One month Paid for a Airtel connection, unable to get it converted to post paid to prepaid Unable to contact customer care because airtel has made it impossible for paying customers to get their issues resolved. Thanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia PS: To everyone reading this

    @airtelindia I am #airtelblack customer, I am not getting the pdf of my bill since 3 months, I have called customer care 7-8 times in last 3 months but no resolution what so ever, the same line they repeat that we have raised a service request. Please help me out.
