    Hey @airtelindia, I have got a reward coupon (12GB + JioHotStar) with my last recharge and I tried many times but I always get the message "data will be added after 2 hours" which I never got. You guys are making consumers fool ! Resolve this issue ASAP before IPL FINAL starts !

    requesting fellow small scale developers to avoid @airtelindia connection as their has been hell of a problem activating port forwarding on static IP. You keep on explaining things again and again to teams and lastly they say they took control back from user to themselves.

    What is happening but even with 350 rs of recharge on Airtel and jio. I get **** like 5G. When I don't recharge, company guys call me ask is it good ! While playing games the ping is unstable, youtube lags. And I'm using a damn good device @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @airtelindia No one contacted me but still who is assured me she is telling that within one hour installation will be done. She is telling this since yesterday evening. Worst and worst service by @airtelindia service persons

    Hey @airtelindia, I raised a network issue today (31st May) and the expected update/resolution date is given as 15th June. A 15-day turnaround time for a standard issue is incredibly long. Can someone explain why it takes 15 days for such trivial issues?

    @airtelindia gives such a disgusting service they just say they are giving 5g unlimited but exhaust internet according to 4g .. 5gb exhaustion for just one ipl innings .. they just want to move to there postpaid plan or just doing more and more data packs …

    I do not understand the internet service of @airtelindia my wifi is not working since last 4 days and every day all you guys do is assign a new service engineer. If there is a single day delay in paying the bill the reminder are too frequent but nothing about the service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @PMOIndia Service Request No31-1000013930910 , dated 27/05/2026 - this is my 10 th request in last one year. Unable to call my son having a Jio number in Bengaluru. Airtel is totally hopeless to solve this and closing the complaint arbitrarily.

    @airtelindia Your "Unlimited 5G" claim is becoming impossible to trust. My phone is locked on 5G, yet I keep receiving 2GB data exhaustion alerts and the service degrades afterward.
