@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence call drop and network issues when resolved. When I complain on your airtel web portal we get a complain number and then get massege from airtel your problem resolved after 2 days. Problem not resolved please take immediate action.

The worst customer care service I have ever seen @airtelindia charging me two times in a month and still not able to clarify. Not a single query have been resolved by customer care. If every time we have to visit store for trivial matters, then what's the use of customer-care?
