@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence call drop and network issues when resolved. When I complain on your airtel web portal we get a complain number and then get massege from airtel your problem resolved after 2 days. Problem not resolved please take immediate action.

@airtelindia Worst experience with app prepaid to postpaid link.only place in India where postpaid is compulsory is J& K. using the app converted my sim to postpaid and after conversion app gives the popout that this postpaid will not work in J & K. Total harassment @airtelindia

@airtelindia you guys do not even care for customers. Customer service says we cannot do anything and ahowroom says we cannot so anything. U guys cannot activate a SIM swap for 2days. Worst customer service and u do not even reply on facebook
