    @airtelindia had network issue in my location for past 1.5 yrs.I called thm many tyms for resolving the prblm, no response will be thr.But whn i asked to disconnect service,they did it nxt minute itself widout askng anythng. Now for reactivating i physically has to go to store

    @airtelindia There is no network signal at my location, so thought of raising a complaint in Airtel app. But the chat bot doesn't have a option for it. Please have a look into it ASAP. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My broadband stopped working for 2 hours now. Called your local team in chengalpet but none of it seems interested in concerns. No customer focus. Unexpected such a poor response from airtel.

    There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

    @airtelindia I'm really surprise how your support services have degraded to another level. I made a complaint 1 week ago and the issue is still not fixed. This makes me think if i should be switching to another network.

    @airtelindia is looting customers in broad daylight now. 13-14 hours of broadband downtime every other day in the name of “maintenance” while charging full amount for service. Internet down since 11 Pm yesterday. I am writing this for the second time here, after receiving no reslution despite writing multiple mails, including to appellate authorities.     Such a horrible experience I have with @airtelindia as I want to readjust my ott expense in next Billing time period. But airtel ignore it several times and said that it cannot be adjust as already added to cart. Last I have the only option to port to other service providers.
