@airtelindia airtel black plan is itself a disputed plan and customer care is also very rude and non-supportive. Pathetic service and literally feeling helpless and I am going to port all numbers to another operator including Broadband and DTH

@airtelindia @TRAI @PMOIndia Airtel is such a poor provider that they hold back your recharge amount for 7 to 10 days- even though it's recharged from Airtel payment bank. Why need 7/10 days to refund amount when it's recharged from ur own bank? Sheer loot. TRAI can they hold?
