I m so fed up with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my wifi is not working since yesterday,i face this problem each and every month,and their technicians are so rude they don’t even receive my calls and after trying so hard now i got to know that it may take 3-4 days to get resolved

@DoT_India Why has DND service been made redundant by making the DND app inoperative? Registration of DND complaints seems removed from Airtel app while the operator repeatedly keeps harassing users with unsolicited prerecorded calls. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@TRAI @airtelindia Airtel is the worst service provider that I have ever seen. I want my previous payment receipts but they have removed the option from their website. Also they have disabled the option of download and share from their app. Their customer service is pathetic.

Cellphone service in India so pathetic, @reliancejio @airtelindia promoting 5G but their basic service is so bad. Frequent call drops and poor coverage in metro cities like mumbai. Basic purpose of phone is not satisfactory and they want to push 5G. #telecom #5G
