@airtelindia your executive asked me to sign on bond paper for getting corporate dongle connection.. does paper quality really matters ?? So will it give me strong network .. I wonder are we living in 18th century ..?? Thanks for pathetic experience ! Damn it #badcustomerservice

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i need to raise an official complaint against agent Ishak who attended my call. I got through to customer care 8800688006 after 10 min waiting. He made me wait for another 8 min stating system is not working!Also informed no supervisor is available.
