Must say @Airtel_Presence has a great #toolkit 1. Increase bill w/o telling customer. 2. Once complaint received, say someone will call and speak. 3. Don't bother to call. Just send message, "Complaint resolved. Pay higher amount. Or go to appellate " Waah @airtelindia
