    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber broadband connection (01111491630_dsl) is not even working for 24 hrs straight. Registering complaint daily for No Signal. Starting from being duped by your salesman in May to bi-weekly, to every alt. day & now daily issue. Its a case of FRAUD.

    @airtelindia Sir, there is a lot of network problem in Delhi, the main reason is that Illegal Booster, whatever private companies are installing, Sir, I have the data of Illegal Booster all over Delhi, you can do something.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has the stupidest customer service, they claim to be everywhere but almost every month I have to keep trying to get hold of them to get my broadband fixed and they are absolutely 0 in regards to responding promptly! #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia You are promising your users to provide a new connection within 24-48 hrs but I didn’t get any response even after 72 hours for new Wi-Fi connection. Jio is giving same service within 24 hours without promising any timeline. Please take classes from Jio😡😡😡

    @airtelindia Worst service, as I have given request for broadband shifting request on 2nd sep but no response from Airtel team till now. So getting out of Airtel and moved to other service provider. Very very worst service...

    Finally internet is back. So frustrating experience that now I am switching to either @airtelindia or @reliancejio fibre whichever is available in my area #pune Enough of @BSNLCorporate which is lethargic, slow and extremely unprofessional company wasting tax payers money.

    @airtelindia my airtel fiber optics internet connection is not working from monday. Estimate time of resolution of my problem is just changing casually. I complained on 12th Sept 2022. Service team is not supportive. Complaint no. 10079624570
