@airtelindia I'm very frustrated to your service. I, Nishant Kumar Verma, the network of airtel connection is very poor in my area . 4g speed is 1kb to 20kbps . If possible please resolve this issue.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia new to twitter so i really dont know how it works, AIRTEL is a total trash when you’re in GURUGRAM. I stay in DLF phase 2 and it has zero internet reach here. I also contacted airtel help but seems like they cant help. Jio works fine though.

@airtelindia When I called customer service, they claimed that my area does not support the 40 Mbps plan, yet they still charged me the same cost. Supervisor promised that the sales team will take care of my problem, but nothing has happened yet. Why are you cheating for profit?
