Dear @airtelindia, I have been your user last 10-11 yrs back. You were not that much poor of coustomer services as of you are to day. Poor network and low quality calling are now the feature of #Airtel network. Your coustomer cares are also not working on my issue's.

@airtelindia We have poorest network in village Majhra Atariya, block Saidnagar, District Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. All teachers and students are unable to work online during this COVID time. Requesting to resolve this network problem here. Hoping for quick action.
