@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

Person who helps and supports at the crucial time is a real reliable and consistent person, during #NivarCylone some networks failed to give consistent service where as @airtelindia is still giving network support, thank you... Never expected poor service from @JioCare 😑

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence today morning also same net speed of 1.2 Mbps evn after regular complaint past 1 mnth on 9319989052 and 9555074111 at location 713343. No resolutions past 1 month too. Airtel team is pathetic and they are not able to resolve only given false comment

@airtelindia I have done a recharge but without usage it is expired within 2 days, however the validity was unlimited. Same thing happened before as well. This is not acceptable. I need urgent solution on this.
