@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia #Airtel I had lodged a complaint for rectification of wifi services. Service engg neither turned up nor acted on the complaint and on his own rescheduled it for tomorrow on pretext that I have asked reschedulement. Shameless. Deficient service. Fraud.

@airtelindia pathetic service at Airtel. Absolutely not bothered about customer issues. They do not respond to queries as well. Keep sending inflated bills month after month despite pointing the discrepancies

@AppleSupport Its an old update. @airtelindia is the network service provider and the same sim card is having a 5G service when used in an android phone. When enquired in the apple store i was informed that Apple to update software for 5G services in India
