    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia international roaming has been recharged and activated and the user is unable to use it. Went in person to your Airtel Centre in Powai and the staff not only asks for the sim (it’s in international roaming) but rudely yells to leave as they can’t help! Disgusting

    Hey @airtelindia last month i switched to postpaid from prepaid. After that im not getting good network reception and mobile data, simply unable to use its almost take time to make even upi payment. Still not showing fastlane anywhere. I think to switched back to prepaid.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @JM_Scindia Airtel first confirmed 9 days downtime & promised a callback for waiver but never called. After multiple follow-ups, now they say only 3 days waiver. Why this inconsistency? Please review and provide a fair waiver.

    @airtelindia @Airtel Raised a shifting request on 30th Aug 2026 and it's still not addressed. It's been days and I'm left waiting. Can someone please look into this and resolve it ASAP? Extremely disappointing service. #AirtelShifting #PoorService

    @airtelindia Complaint No. 11039237763 My Airtel broadband has not been working for the last 2 days, and your assigned engineer is refusing to even check the faulty connection.The engineer assigned Satyam Kumar Pandey (08792970317). Is this the level of service Airtel provides.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi was not working for days. I paid 6 months in advance on 24 Aug, but the issue continued. I requested cancellation & refund. Airtel has deactivated my account and taken back the router, but still hasn’t refunded my money! Please refund my payment immediately

    @aadilontrack @airtelindia @ImPriydarshini Same issue here it's been a week they ignored my complaint too seems like they think by donating in election bond they buy goverment and not responsible for the customer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer service is absolutely ridiculous. The service partners don’t call the numbers provided, then close the case unilaterally as resolved. Their crm systems don’t seem to work as the customer has to repeat the same details on multiple calls. Joke
