    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    broadband and landline services are pathetic and just don’t work. I have been calling the helpline for so long and every time, the so called Airtel Black relationship managers read out a pre written text on how apologetic they are and promise to resolve the problem @airtelindia

    @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence , Quality of Airtel service day by day deteriorating🚩Past 15days no internet and low signal till today problem not resolved. Covmplaint been raised 31-4127057695260  but till now no action taken. Kindly make sure this month bill should be waived.

    Shame on @airtelindia . Broadband provider are charging bill of 30 days. we are paying bill every month of 30 days but due this connection issues we get broadband services for 25-26 days a month. then why the customer should pay bill of 30 days if we get such interrupted service.
