@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

24 hours without internet, and no one from @reliancejio support engineer team contacted me. Its time for me to go to work and my family will be having another day without Internet. Guess time to look for @airtelindia optical fibre services now.

@airtelindia I am writing this with heavy heart that my internet issues are not resolved yet. I tried multiple times to raise a request but I’m redirected to airtel thanks app. Someone Deepak Jha is assigned as an engineer and he is just procrastinating in resolving the issues.
