    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    Dear @airtelindia, I have been raising complaint through your app about the bad n/w in my home both for calls and internet. Everytime you close the incident without resolving the issue. Is it time to switch to a different provider for all the 8 connnections we have?

    What the heck @airtelindia from last one and the half day my wifi is not working you keep telling in 5-6 hours it will get resolved but still no resolution. Ruined my weekend. And while you will generate bill you gonna sent me alert. And now no resolution

    Poor Network I have raised 15 mail Complaints to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and Respective Nodal officer but issue remains the same you charge for 5G Speed but coverage at location is poor also your people fails to fix the issue

    @airtelindia I made pavement on 15aug of my postpaid no but even after 7 days my outgoing calls are not working. Error :- Outgoing facility currently not available due to non payment of bill.

    Now I am not getting replies to my SMS. Wtf is going on? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic network connectivity, pathetic sms delivery, pathetic than @jio. People planning to port OUT FROM jio, please DO NOT PORT INTO AIRTEL. Airtel is THE WORST of these service providers!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using airtel postpaid, got fed up with service and even caller tune doesn’t work properly. No discussion left i guess 9 is every month billing, sept 9th i will make my 2 postpaid number back to jio. I knew post to prepaid take 3 months. Thats ok!
