    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    @DoT_India , please note @airtelindia customer care is dead. Their Twitter handle @Airtel_Presence doesn't respond. Once you complain on phone, you can only hear to automated voice for follow up. So, customer is left to lurch. Field engineers are rude and unprofessional.
