  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @airtelindia In the last two months that I have been using airtel broad band services, they have experienced FIVE technical issues that took 2 DAYS to get solve everytime. Very poor customer service. Highly Disappointed.
