@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

Dear @airtelindia agr aap s nhi hoota to rehne do! I'm sitting at Bhikaji Cama Palace one of the busiest corporate center in Delhi. Still, there isn't any network. Not a single web page is loading. Such a headache.

@airtelindia I’ve been using Black connection for more than a year now. The only uninterrupted feature it provides is the interrupted service. For past 2days am out of internet and everyday there is an ongoing maintenance which doesn’t aid any good

@airtelindia Have reached out to 121 multiple times and didn’t receive any resolution. Furthermore, the SR No raised for this issue, was closed without resolving or any prior notice. This is a disciplinary action in your end.
