@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia Airtel thank is Worst app ever. I want change my plan from 799 to 499 but it does not have that option. It only have upgrade plan option!!!! Don't go for Airtel guys. Jio is better atleast they don't cheat you like this

@airteltv @airtelindia I added a channel and when I try to remove from la carter, it always shows something is broken, while adding it is smooth and while removing it is broken, so fraud way of increasing the charges
