Visited the Himayat Nagar store for help, only to be dismissed by unhelpful staff who refused to assist or provide a feedback book. Resolve this immediately! Very poor service.

As an @airtelindia user, the service is still poor and unreliable when it comes to indoor coverage. I miss old times of 2G and 3G, go anywhere and network is working. For faster internet, we compromised with calling.

A technician confirmed a feeder line fault, but after that there has been complete silence from Airtel. I work from home and am losing income every day because of this outage.
