    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    When calling Airtel customer care on 121 or 198, only IVR keeps playing and there’s no option to talk to a customer care executive. What a useless system. My eSIM has not been activated for the last 2 days and I’m not even able to speak with customer support. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How many times is the same broadband outage supposed to happen before it stops being a “temporary issue” and starts being called negligence? Every few days my Wi-Fi goes down for days, there is barely any human support

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your “unlimited 4G/5G” has become unlimited frustration. Extremely slow internet, and every complaint gets the same “location issue” excuse. Been a loyal customer for years, but loyalty clearly has no value now. Time to port.

    @airtelindia been just 10 days and the wifi is not responding. I was told by the sales guy that within 4 hours it is resolved. It has been more than 12 hours now. Superb service already. Surely recommended not to use. @airtelindia SHAMEFUL

    At this point I’m convinced NCR telecom operators exchange customer data like IPL teams exchange players. Today @airtelindia . Tomorrow @ViBusinessIndia . Next week maybe @BSNLCorporate uncle outside metro station.

    @airtelindia @AirtelServ30428 Worst business corporate services from Airtel - never use them for a business account. Been 3 weeks to activate a number and now been over 4 days to replace a lost SIM Card for the CXO of a company. Minus 5* service. @AirtelBusiness
