  @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Why do plans last only 22, 24, or 28 days? To trick us into paying 14 times a year instead of 12!Forced Internet: Millions of elderly citizens and feature-phone users only need voice calls. Why force them to pay for heavy internet packs they never use?

  @airtelindia I even have network issues with my prepaid connection. Customer care had asked me to upgrade to a postpaid for better network. This is basically just looting.

  The problem starts with @airtelindia. My @NetaFlixIndia subscription available to me via Airtel plan has been deactivated by Airtel reason not known. Just 5 days into my new association with Airtel - 1st the Wi-Fi installation was delayed and now this. Not a great start at all.
