    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    Anyone faced this issue? Airtel is unable to latch on to any network in Japan. It shows multiple network when I do the manual network connectivity but it fails to register to any. As a result, the international roaming pack won’t activate and no otps are coming through. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence interested in helping out?

    @airtelindia @Airtel Presence I'm not getting unlimited since last 3 days,it says 5G in mobile network. I have already raised complaint use IVR and airtel thanks app. Figure it out and fix it fast my number is 7068497763 Too much issues....

    @airtelindia If you can’t provide reliable service, maybe make that clear in the flashy ads too. Launching new names like “Fast Lane” means nothing when neither your support nor your executives are available. let alone capable of resolving an issue. Branding ≠ service.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please activate 5G service in my area otherwise I have to cancel my airtel airfiber connection. Thank you
