  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia Airtel Unlimited 5G is such a scam. I have recharged for the unlimited 5G network factor, but it still uses up all the data from my 2GB a day and I need to add data boosters. Very much disappointed in airtel, planning to switch to Jio or VI.

  Dear @airtelindia , why does Airtel Fibre keep failing in my area? The fibre cable seems to break repeatedly, causing frequent internet outages. I work from home and these disruptions affect my job. I’m paying for a reliable service when will there be a permanent solution?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still getting internet slowness issue. engineer visited multiple times but they're simply wasting time.. set-top box also stopped working.Never thought airtel services will become such a low standard.. It's duoply.. No premium services remains in our country #airtel

  @I_Prdp @airtelindia You are correct. Complaint raised on July 22, issue remains unresolved till July 26 (today), but they updated the complaint status as Resolved on July 22 itself. They slide into the DMs and promise callbacks which they never do. But send a message saying that they tried reaching.
