  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

  @vinaykum2211 @airtelindia Paid for broadband, got a hotspot toy. Technician himself was learning on call. @airtelindia fix your router or take it back!

  @airtelindia There is a major issue with Airtel network connectivity at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, particularly around the food court area. The network is extremely poor, and many customers and visitors are facing difficulties with calls, needs urgent attention.

  Zero resolution from @Airtel_Presence on double billing post-router return, so I’ve officially escalated this to @consumerpao (Ref: [10056314]). @airtelindia, hanging up on customer calls won't make the issue disappear. Fix this billing error now.
