@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 29th September was the day I reported this issue on social media, 3 days prior to that I walked in and 10 days prior to that I called your customer care! Everything is useless with airtel, where is the the transparency that you claim in your ads?

@airtelindia This is cheap to get such message. I lost almost 8 hrs for no network and after visiting store the Sim got changed and I have been charged INR 25. Ridiculous..Airtel must compensate me for loss of my 8 hrs.
