@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have never dialed to any ISD number and I can show you all the screenshot of call logs and u put ₹10 ISD charge for my postpaid bill , why you put wrong bill to me ?I am cmng to @JioCare as #airtelpostpaid puts wrong charge for poor network also.

@airtelindia @TRAI Why a person will pay 155 for 28days to receive a single call or Sms can u answer. As per the Airtel customer care TRAI approved this plan they can't do anything.@TRAI canu ans min perday income 280 from which daily 5 rs for cl rcv.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sucks big time despite charging premium fees. There is never anyone who can be reached in case of outages. And the app directs you too a number which only has an IVR selling services and resolving nothing.
