  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

  Despite it being a more expensive service provider @airtelindia is proving to be one of the most inefficient wifi, and the worst part you cant talk to anyone for customer care. In this age when everything is online, there is #NoWifi in B block of Janakpuri Delhi for nearly 24hrs.

  @Hardism Customer service is pathetic in most companies. @airtelindia took two months to shift my router inter city and took two dozen phone calls. Then they didn’t update their system and keep harassing me for last 2 months to return the router as it is not working in the old city.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Hi Airtel Team, My brother is currently outside India and his Airtel SIM has no network at all. Because of this, he is unable to receive OTPs, send SMS, or make/receive calls.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I called they given another new ticket by saying they will call me back (1-2FMD183WI) on June 1st, Instead of solving issue they sent bill of 1800 neatly. I am not understanding what to do with this worst team.

  @sayantani_de @airtelindia Airtel has worst network support. But that's for @JM_Scindia that we don't have any other network provider other than Airtel. But yeah I would say Airtel is more than worse.
