    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia We are facing severe voice call quality issues on two Airtel numbers. During calls, the voice keeps breaking and it is very difficult to have a conversation. The same issue occurs even when we travel to different areas, while other Airtel numbers work normally.

    My wifi dal number 0587230211234_wifi, account number - 20041018151 is not working from last 10 days. When I try to lodge complaint through thanks app ,it shows unable to process at that time,while calling it shows technically upgrading. Worst service provider @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Care @airtelindia Raised a WiFi complaint at 2am, promised engineer fix by 3pm. After 4 broken promises (3pm/6pm/8pm/next day) & multiple calls, still no resolution. This morning asked for supervisor - rep disconnected the call instead of transferring. I have the call recording as proof. Beyond unacceptable service. Request ID - 11037494120

    Ordered IPTV from @airtelindia for my Airtel Black account (Request ID: C81C1GUU1U) & made the payment, but an agent fraudulently converted it to a Dish TV connection without my consent! Floor manager admitted the error on call, but zero resolution given so far.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been 2 days and still no one has come to even see what is wrong with our wifi, I work from home, is this is why I got such premium wifi, absolute ****** service and false timelines by customer care executives. You guys shouldn’t run a company

    Hey @airtelindia I am a dissatisfied Airtel Black subscriber. Despite a huge monthly billing, when I fight through your IVR to access a human on my "dedicated service team", the response it to deny me either a technician visit or even to talk to a supervisor. Please instruct your call centre that customers have the right to escalate their problems, if the point of contact person, is unable to resolve it.

    @airtelindia My Airtel WiFi has been down for 2+ days. Despite repeated complaints, nobody has come to fix it. Your representatives have stopped responding and even blocked our calls. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Fix this immediately. #Airtel #AirtelIndia

    @airtelindia I have been an airtel black customer for 15 years For the last 7 days, I have trying to get a IPTV, I have made 20-30 calls to 121, visit to your local store, I am always given a new idea but no IPTV. Can someone in airtel help
