  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

  Hello @airtelindia i have recharged ₹1099 plan for 84 days with 5g and 4g unlimited data on june 23rd but after 1 month i am not being able to use internet, the data cycle didn’t reset after 1st month, so i called your service providers they keep giving me dates Please help

  Hi @airtelindia, my prepaid SIM was flagged under the 300GB fair usage policy. I use it only on my phone and personal laptop via hotspot—no commercial use. I’ve already shared my number via DM. Please review and restore normal service.
