@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

Hi @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I went down to the store to get my sim working. I was charged ₹50 cash. No online payment, no UPI, no card, only cash. Just wanted to know if it is the rule set by Airtel or not??

@airtelindia this is my 4th complaint in this month for broadband issue. Today I registered complaint at 2 pm which and customer care team promise me issue will be resolved till evening now when I called them again they are saying to wait for 24 hours. Worst service fake promise.
