Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

I had made complain previously that i am not able to send SMS through my phone. But to my surprise the complain have been closed unilaterally and still SMS are not being sent.
