@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

While the wait time mentioned was 5 minutes to connect CS, @airtelindia why the hell should your customer wait for more than 15min on wait to say the problem you caused. And asks to call later after waiting for 15 minutes. Is this the bloody respect you give for your customers!?
