@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia you disconnected my without any information to us. When I spoke customer care they said some one complained on this number. How can you just take some complaint like that. If we are doing any Fraud or any illegal activity they can give complaint to police.

@airtelindia your dth service and mobile net service is now degrading day by day. For dth most of the time signals are weak and lodge a complaint engineer will visit and ask to replace some parts. Better to switch to some other dth operator

In India, we are moving towards the 5G era, but what about the network quality? There are so many areas that have poor network signals, even with 2G.I think telecom companies aren't interested in good quality services, they just want profits. @airtelindia @reliancejio @PMOIndia
