@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@Airtel_Presence @geekyranjit @airtelindia Airtel only cares about influencers who will promote them. They are providing a certain 1598 Airtel Black Plan to influencers that has 6 Postpaid connections and 1 broadband connection. They do not provide this plan to even a 12 year old Airtel customer like me.

@airtelindia Disgusting and pathetic service from the whole customer service. Your promotion of Airtel black plan has been a nightmare for me. I have opted for the same and since july 3rd 2021 I am waiting for the same 2 b implemented. The plan has not been migrated n noone helps
