@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia Seems like you guys don’t want payment for the services you have provided me. Broadband bill supposed to be generated on 8th, still haven’t received the bill yet. Customer care hasn’t been able to solve the damn problem even after 10 days. Can anyone resolve this?
