@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia I have contacted your customer care to check whether airtel broadband is available in my area, but, they are simply disconnecting the call or they tell me that they will check with local operator and arrange a call back but nobody calls.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia I have called multiple times to customer care but still there is no resolution. I had raised disconnection service on 24th august still a bill is generated for safe custody and plan charges. I dont know how screwed your services and billing system is?
