    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia, I have got a reward coupon (12GB + JioHotStar) with my last recharge and I tried many times but I always get the message "data will be added after 2 hours" which I never got. You guys are making consumers fool ! Resolve this issue ASAP before IPL FINAL starts !

    @airtelnews @airtelindia trying to connect with your customer service team from last one hour through 121 or 198 but IVR diverting from hear to their instead of connect customer support team Pls help to share correct path and number to connect with live person instead of AI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews After 15 hour of down time they came and corrected it. Who will give the services extension for down time .Evey some same issue out of 30 days get services for 25 to 27 days

    Dont install @airtelindia wifi if u r living in okhla , try local wifi works better service better , it’s been 36 hr no one is working @Airtel_Presence

    @coder3554 @airtelindia I faced the issue with Airtel AirFiber , the worst product that they could ever built , I took a 100 mbps connection and every night wifi used to slow down to kbs or nil . They don't pick up call nor answer at the Customer Centre when u meet them offline. @airtelindia
