    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don't understand why postpaid customer's Zee5 subscription has ended on 14 Aug 2020. I can see some of my friends using prepaid are still able to access Zee5. May I know the specific reason for this.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews try to solve my VoLTE issue. After upgrading from prepaid to postpaid I have been facing network issues and VoLTE issue. Called customer care about this but they are blaming handset, which works with other sim cards. Solve it pls.

    I wish @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence would have maintained good service as it's been shown in advertisements,from past 3days I have been calling the customer support for my fixed line problem but no solution and response,if it can't be fixed I m okay to change the network

    @airtelindia I have faced such a worst behaviour from one of airtel call center guy. He don't listen what I am telling about the problem and directly muted me and after sometime again he start argue with me. Facing this worst experience first time from airtel..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence someone called from 9345862357 claiming airtel agent and asking to to upgrade the plan as the data speed will go down from next week in my area. She is asking to pay to her prsnl upi I'd. Plz look into this and I dnt wnt to upgrade to any new plan.!

Shared screenshots and Airtel number multiple times via DM. Still no resolution, callback, or update. Please take business clients seriously

    Disappointed with @airtelindia . My 79yr old father is severely ill & confined to bed. His SIM card is damaged, & the store is barely 4km away, yet we are told home service isn't possible. How can a senior citizen get a replacement? Please escalate & help. @Airtel_Presence

    @imohitshekhawat @airtelindia Convert to prepaid first. Then after a few months you can decide to continue or port it to other operator. You don't have any immediate fix.

    @Airtel_Presence Details shared in DM, but still no response or call received. Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since 17 May, 11 PM with LOS red light on router. Wrong engineers assigned twice and no resolution despite repeated complaints. Kindly resolve this urgently. @airtelindia
