    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence You are making fool to the people. I am using Xstreame Fibre which should get a landline service but unfortunately landline service is not available from your end. Why Customer should pay full amount if you aren't providing full service?

    Hi @airtelindia Team, How many days does it typically take to complete an unbundle request? I raised a request on 9th April 2026, but it is still unresolved. I have not received any response from customer care. This level of delay and lack of communication is quite disappointing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trying to contact on the registered customer care number but it says Invalid. Looks like Airtel doesn't want to listen to customers grievance even though you are Airtel Black customer. Expecting a call back once this reaches them...

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the worst service provider when it comes to internet wifi They are fraud,looting the money They took 1500 on 1st April & today it's been 21 days no action no response nothing. They are not fixing the problem no one to call me & not refunding
