    Frankly I expected better service from @airtelindia but this is really disappointing to see they are not even bothered to fix the issue when you raise a cancellation request. They have wasted 5 days of my time. I could've already taken some other service provider by now.

    @Airtel_Presence is such useless. I am chasing from last three weeks for my postpaid bill issue, but they only promise to fix in 48 hours after every 48 hours. @airtelindia . There is no escalation route defined. No SLA breach defined.
