On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia (2/n) a fake floor supervisor comes on call and says no action has been done on escalation. We are having outage since 3 days. Working from home has come to a grinding halt. We switched to #airtelxstream with high expectations & UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
