  @ShankarGora @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Change it . It happened with me. They sent bill with increased amount. I complained then they I have changed the plan. Other guy says that old plan has been dropped. I am upgraded with new plan. Airtel started cheating customers. Providing worst service.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised SRN 136549982 on 3 sep, expected resolve time was 5th sep, now it is showing 8 sep, no effective resolution, kindly resolve my issue asap by today only or take back your connection and router, extremely bad & slow service.
