    On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia First of all establish the proper network which you have existing spectrum ie 4G. Even the customer is not happy with improper network and very poor response on resolving the consumer complaints. Still you are taking money from the consumer without proper compliance. So sad..
