On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My sim card is not working and I approached to nearby airtel store and got new sim and they informed that it takes 4 hrs to activate the new sim, it's been more than 7 hrs still my sim haven't activated yet. This shows the poor service from airtel.

@ViCustomerCare why do you need 4 days to enable out going msgs for me.. everyone listen- I told them I won’t @want to port my number to @airtelindia but then I was asked to recharge .. which I did .. so they fooled me and then now the customer service don’t know what to do..
