    On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Bad experience by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4 days ago I applied and paid for an airtel xtream connection. But yet no one has reached me or my place for installation and no contact details of technician was given.Atleast you shouldn't ask for full payment before installation.
