On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I would say your services are very bad. I have activated international roaming and currently in USA. I am able tonuse data but I am not able to call or receive call. I send email to customer care too but still problem not resolved.

@airtelindia is running a scam by fooling the customer of complaint resolution process. You raise a complaint and it will be resolved without talking to you and then when you reopen the same its again resolved within a day without even enquiring customer. Shame @Airtel_Presence
