What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia waiting for the wifi ti start from yesterday 9 pm onwards the problem is still going on in selvapuram area in Coimbatore.Nobody seems to attend the issue and the customer care tells the time to recover which is probably false comittment.
