What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Wow @airtelindia what a great service. i had ordered a wifi connection and completed all the formalities including payment. It's been almost a week now and am still waiting for the wifi installation. To top it all your executive has even stopped taking up my call. Real 5G lol!!
