@airtelindia I really need urgent support from your management since in 2weeks I made 4complaints about my internet cable getting broken and after many followup I get the engineer who fix but no permanent solution to this. Today again midnight 2am red light blinking on modem.

My friend told me not to install @airtelindia Xtreme fiber but i was such an idiot still wasted my hard earned money on that pathetic network, now am waiting for end this bullshit Xtreme fiber's 6 month plan so that i can go for @reliancejio fiber. @Airtel_Presence 👎👎👎👎👎

@JKgrievance I have been making calls and write-ups to @airtelindia to get my problem resolved, but all to the walls.I have been using my mobile hotspot to work remotely but that has a speed of 756 kbps in our Rajbagh, Srinagar area.

@JKgrievance @airtelindia I am about to loose my job because my higher ups think I am lying and I can't perform at par because of this failed network. I urge you to kindly intervene into the matter as its spraining more to our work schedule and to our minds as well.
