@ViCustomerCare We are facing too much issue in our village. Zero network connectivity. Sometime not even call work. We haven't used internet ever with VI in our village. If issue could not resolve let's we will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@airtelindia can go to the depths of hell. Customer care keeps putting you in a loop and their engineers never know what's going on. Then they have the nerve to call about bill payment for not providing the service they're being paid for. Glad I have a local ISP connection too.
