This is how @airtelindia is fooling customers. I had recharged with their INR 19 pack around 7 pm yesterday which in their Thanks app says 1 GB data with validity of 1 day. Not even 1 day since I had recharged, it is not working. On calling their customer care, they said (1/2)...

Hi @airtelindia Your services in my area are not good since last year. I have lodged complaints multiple times but no solutions. Even I found that airtel services are not good also in the main city. I hope you resolve the network issue asap.

Dear @airtelindia,every time I make bill payment,now a days am getting calls from person from Airtel that my payment is received.I don't understand what is the necessity to give calls to customer if they have recarged or made bill payment.cnfrm msg suffice the ack amount received
