@airtelindia do u have any sense ? I have requested for PORT due to Internet issues. I have recieved a call from airtel, so told me that we will solve the issue please stop port. I not even recieved a call that the issue has been solved I got a message that problem has cleared.

@airtelindia While I was complaining to 121 about this from my mobile (+91 9963791073) at 5.48 PM the call dropped. Your personnel did not even bother to escalate and give me a callback. What do you expect the customer to do? Dial 121 again and repeat the story from beginning?

@airtelindia what is the use of buying international roaming pack when you deduct money from the main balance and what is the use of your customer service which complaints automatically vanishes without providing resolution. Stop making mockery of customer care and pretending.
