Airtel Engineer, they recommended to use the speedtest by Ookla, where it was still slow. I can't attend my school and work meetings, my dad can't attend his office meetings, can't stream Netflix or Prime smoothly, and @airtelindia techie said, "The speed can't go above 12mbps".

@airtelindia I have applied for Xtreme plan for Rs.1999/-, on 8th May 2021. Till date even after several calls to your call center and escalating mail to your Nodal, Appellate, Ombudsman, CEO.... Nothing has moved an inch. Do Airtel really concerned about customer grievances?
